This two bedroom furnished apartment is located on Liverpool Street, Sydney, only a short distance from George Street, Circular Quay and the vibrant buzz of central Sydney CBD. The property is located in a within the Waldorf hotel and allows quick and easy access to a wide variety of different shops, restaurants, bars and clubs that are all close-by including Darling Harbour, Westfield, Pitt Street Mall and Cockle Bay.

Residents of Sydney are known as "Sydneysiders". Sydney is the second official seat and second official residence of the Governor-General of Australia, the Prime Minister of Australia and the Cabinet of Australia.
The Sydney area has been inhabited by indigenous Australians since the Upper Paleolithic period.
[Its natural features include Sydney Harbour, the Royal National Park, Bondi Beach, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Man-made attractions such as the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge are also well known to international visitors.

The CBD itself extends about 3 kilometres (1.9 miles) south from Sydney Cove. It is bordered by Farm Cove within the Royal Botanic Gardens to the east and Darling Harbour to the west. Suburbs surrounding the CBD include Woolloomooloo and Potts Point to the east, Surry Hills and Darlinghurst to the south, Pyrmont and Ultimo to the west, and Millers Point and The Rocks to the north. Most of these suburbs measure less than 1 square kilometre (0.4 square miles) in area. Several localities, distinct from suburbs, exist throughout Sydney's inner reaches. Central and Circular Quay are transport hubs with ferry, rail, and bus interchanges. Chinatown, Darling Harbour, and Kings Cross are important locations for culture, tourism, and recreation.

Guest access

•Check in Procedure
•Unless organised prior , Arrival Time is 2 PM as we may have current guests departing that morning.
• We do not do arrivals before 8.30 AM or after 5.30 PM unless organised prior to arrival and other arrangements or charges may apply.
•When you arrive in Sydney please call when departing the airport or 1 hour prior to the arrival at the apartment on +(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and we will send our representative to meet you at the front of the building to show you around and provide keys to the apartment.

Do not enter the building foyer and please wait outside until the representative arrives, majority of these buildings are residential and the building manager cannot help you.

•When you arrive we will ask you to complete our CHECK IN FORM. We require ID ( passport or Drivers Lic.) To verify your booking
•If the person that has booked is not the person arriving and we are not aware of this refusal of giving of keys or a security taken like credit card imprint or security bond
•If your apartment is not prepared for your arrival you can leave your bags at our office in Pyrmont while the apartment has been completed for your arrival.

Interaction with guests

•(F Properties the Company ) has the right to inspect the property during the booking period subject to (F Properties the Company ) having reasonable grounds to complete necessary work such as electrical / plumbing and also believe that the property is being damaged or at risk of if the Visitor breaches any term of this agreement.
Departure
•The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on the Departure Date. Failure to depart will authorise (F Properties the Company) to levy additional charges for rental and costs incurred.
•When leaving the apartment or checking out please insure the property is left in a clean condition with all excess rubbish removed and all kitchen items washed and put back in the appropriate places. Failure do so may incur extra charges.
Right of refusal and application of other Special Conditions
•F Properties may refuse at its discretion to accept any Visitor. Furthermore, (F Properties the Company) may require that other Special Conditions be agreed to on arrival of the Visitor.
Privacy
•(F Properties the Company ) does not share your personal information with any third party, unless it is required to complete your booking, provide services to you, or settle your account

We will consider Bookings for December onwards from the end of October onwards.
No enquiries for summer shall receive a response prior to October.

The Visitor must not smoke within the property or else a de-odorising fee will apply.
•The Visitor must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
•The Visitor must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property and shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers (eg .loud music).
•The Visitor must, every time they depart the property, securely lock doors and windows, and switch off lighting, appliances and water to conserve resources and avoid damage.
•The Visitor shall immediately report any repairs required or damage to the property manager.
•Animals are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager.
•Repairs and maintenance to the property are dealt with due to the degree of urgency such as power and water, with most issues having a 48 hour service turnaround.

The place is very nice, the location is very very good for tourist. Although its very crowded on the weekend night, but it is a favourable place to live.

We've stayed here for almost 5 months. Friendly and handy landlord. Very good location and close to everything. The apt is very clean but some equipment needs replaced or repaired. Very noisy in the night as a lot of bars downstairs.

Amazing apartment!! Newly refurbished interiors, fully equipped with all the necessities that you need for a holiday. Great location- walking distance to Darling Harbour, Pitt St Mall, Chinatown. Very easy to deal with, and very helpful with any queries regarding apartment. Highly recommended!!

This is a corporate rental suite vs a 'home' rental. Access was timely, condo was clean - but in no way akin to staying in a private residence. Kitchen resources minimal (ie coffee but not mugs); just a very few channels. Not bad - it just is what it is. The building struck us a largely rental for International students with lots of coming an going; food odors etc. Very close to Darling Harbor which is great but also in a very busy traffic/construction/pedestrian part of town. I wouldn't use it again - but that's simply because I found it too sterile and the area too busy.
