This was my 1st time I rented an airbbnb. My whole experience with the rental of the apartment and the site was as smooth as it could be. I even got a $25 credit for my next stay just for referring a friend who did rent just a few stops away from me on the metro. Since I was by myself the most important concern was safety. I found the location superb, it was close to the Metro, security code to get into building, washer in apt was a plus and not to forget the spacious bathroom. Was supplied with sufficient towels and basic needs for the kitchen. Beautiful view of the church with no peering neighbors peeking in. Convenience was also a factor for me since it was my 1st time in Paris and was afraid I'd have to go long distances to get to places but it was contrary to my believe. The Metro was 5 minutes by foot, within a few minutes there were restaurants, cafes (my favorite Le Garcort Cafe), Supermarket around the corner and organic market right next to it, post-office and ATM all within minutes of each other. Any time I had a question or need Annarita was speedy on her responses. The best was we actually met at Le Gancort Cafe for a cocktail where we got to know each other. Excellent experience , 2 thumbs up and I would indefinably recommend it.
