I am sorry my home did not fit your needs. Sounds like you did not read my emails or full description of my home before you booked. I did let you know that my home is old and EVERYTHING in it has been updated or refinished. The floors were just redone in September but will always creak because they are from 1927. Frankly, I enjoy the creaks but put down area rugs to help with that. All of my doors close fully, maybe that is user error. I let you know about the recliner ahead of time- which has turned it into a really comfy chair instead! I had a puppy in my home a few years ago and he chewed up a leg on my coffee table, but I am not quite sure how that could have possibly affected your stay. The coffee table works very well and even opens up as storage for extra blankets! :D I am not a wasteful person, why replace a perfectly good coffee table because of some puppy marks? Also, My home had all the electrical updated, but with that came NEW outlets. So, the old ones are inactive, but the new ones are all there for your use. Sounds like a hotel would have better suited you because I did preface my home to you before you booked. As far as the dining chairs, I don't state anywhere on my profile a certain amount of dining chairs provided but am working on 2 replacements. Guests have broken them and I am having a hard time replacing them to match. Since it sounds like you did not like the semi-dog chewed coffee table leg(that does not affect the coffee table at all) I assume that if I had just replaced the dining chairs with mix-matched chairs you would have also disliked the dining chairs not matching.
