The space

Our home was built in 1927. A lot of character comes with a home this age. As you come through the beautiful, rustic, arched front door you are immediately drawn to our La-z-boy sectional and chair where you'll also find a flat screen TV equipped with Roku , Antenna tv, SMART DVD player and movies for your enjoyment. Through the french doors is where you'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or tea on the veranda.
As you walk through the archway opening you'll be brought into the dining room. Here you'll find one of a kind pieces of art with touches of rustic decor and signs of being in the Bourbon State. The windows span across the wall allowing in natural light and an evening breeze while you cook in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen with professional stainless steel appliances.
Just off the hall, you'll come to the main bathroom, fully renovated with slate walls and original to the house tub to relax in.
Down the mirrored hallway you'll discover one Queen bedroom with a laptop workspace and closet space so you can make yourself at home and unpack your suitcase. Down the hall from that is another Queen bedroom with a memory foam mattress and space for an air mattress if needed.
The lower level of the home is down the stairs from the kitchen and has the third room with a memory foam Queen mattress, Bunk beds with Twin and full, full bathroom and another flat screen TV and DVD player. This room is loft/studio style space with a great laptop workspace.
If you have an extended stay or just need to freshen up your clothes for that important business meeting, on the other side of the basement door is a front loading washer and dryer with steam settings, along with iron and ironing board at your disposal.

The house is as described and we were extremely happy with the home and renting through Victoria. Victoria was very communicative when we had questions and provided all of the basic necessities that you would expect with a home rental. The pots and pans were great, she had spices and basic kitchen supplies available as well. The home itself is located a short distance to the downtown area and has a wonderful porch for hanging out. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your home, we would definitely rent from Victoria again!

Thank you so much Dan! I hope you enjoyed the baseball tickets we were unable to use! The porch is my favorite part. I will sit out there in the dead of winter for coffee in the AM. See you next time!

Everything about our stay for my grandmother's 99th was fantastic! The location is ideal with close proximity to shopping, restarants, the aquarium, zoo & more. Getting in and out was convenient, and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

We had an issue with the cleanliness of the backyard when visiting. It is listed as pet-friendly but there were old piles of dog poop and our pups ended up with worms. Thankfully we were quick to treat it and recouped our money from Airbnb. We also found black mold on the shower head, walls and grout area. We sprayed it ourselves with Tilex. Otherwise the house was gorgeous and so close to shopping centers and our family!

Sydney thank you for your review. You are making false statements to get money back and I have an email complaint into Airbnb about this. My landscaper comes weekly so the fact that you say there is poo out there at all is laughable. On top of that, there haven't been dogs there in MONTHS. IF there was poo it was most likely from a wild animal because we back to the woods. Or, it was your 4 dogs that pooped. Not once when we spoke did you take pictures, show me or tell me, in time-during your stay, to get someone over there to find out if you were telling the truth. My cleaner and landscaper came the day you left and found dog hair all over the upstairs of my home, no dog poop, and definitely no mold. It is quite unfortunate that Airbnb allows this sort of defamation of their Hosts. I am sorry your stay wasn't what you wanted.

This house was a great location for our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was clean and comfortable. Great wifi signal all through out and in the back yard. Victoria was well organized with instructions and responded quickly when we had a question. A wonderful first experience with AirBnB :)

My name is Victoria but I go by Torri.
"live life, travel often."

I am originally from California. My husband is from Ohio. He owns an event promotions company(Last Call Productions) and I used to work downtown Cincy. Because of these social jobs we know a lot about all things Cincy. We just recently decided to be bicoastal and go back and forth between Oregon and Ohio/Kentucky.

We both have a love for travel and because of that, have lived all over the US. We travel with our dogs as much as possible. They are what we can't live without. We are foody people who love to try new hotspots or go to recommended places in new cities. Alaska, Oregon and South Carolina are our favorite travel spots so far. We like to pack up the car and go try new places any chance we get. Because of that we get to then share our home with others.

Drew and I are obsessed with finding the best taco bar/restaurants. So far Cincinnati has everywhere else beat! I am a country girl at heart but really do love all types of music. We love going to festivals, camping, kayaking, fishing, hiking. We have even had the opportunity to hike on glaciers in Alaska!

We are huge Airbnb guests ourselves. Often we pick spots to visit based solely on the Airbnb places we find. Picturing ourselves drinking coffee on a porch/balcony/deck, with the pups at our side and a good book to read is a big seller! Oh, and if the city says they have the best taco bar! ;D
