Located in the historic district of Eastham, our lovely B&B has the flexibility to offer something for everyone. Our spacious B&B is full of light and has the seaside flavor of Cape Cod. We are just steps from the Cape Cod Rail Bike Trail that carries you to either the spectacular beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore or the tranquil beaches of Cape Cod Bay.

The space

Offering a hearty continental breakfast each morning, our lovely B&B has much to offer. Soothe yourself in our outside shower to feel refreshed after a hard day at the beach. Lush gardens and a horse paddock adds to the large and lovely landscaped yard. Enjoy our gas fireplace in our luxurious living room on chilly nights. There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. One room can be rented at a discounted price. See our other listing for pricing. For those traveling as either family or friends, the two rooms can be rented as a two room suite with one bathroom. We have a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, TV, and a high speed wireless Internet service. We also have a very lovable golden retriever named Chesney. He is not allowed in guest rooms but if you leave your door open he may come in for a quick visit and steal your socks:) Summer activities are endless. Whale Watch (April-Oct) or shore whale watch year round. Seals rest on our beaches and frolic in our waters year round. Spring and fall are the best time for birding since the cape is a major fly over for migrating birds. A winter beach walk is amazing especially after a recent snowfall. September is our favorite month to enjoy the cape at its finest. We still have the summer beach weather but the crowds have gone. The air is more crisp and the tranquility after the summer rush is soothing.

Guest access

You are welcome to use our entire home, outside deck and yard. We have a private suite upstairs just for us. You are welcome to use the microwave and fridge. We are a B&B and our town licence does not permit guests cooking but breakfast is provided.

Interaction with guests

We enjoy chatting with our guests but respect your privacy as well.

Other things to note

We love Cape Cod and take pride in our bed and breakfast. We love to see others enjoy their time here.

We had a nice stay, the house and rooms looked just like what is depicted in the pictures. We enjoyed the nearby bike trails and spending time in Provincetown. Our hosts were friendly and provided excellent restaurant suggestions.

Nancy & Bob's house was a great place to stay. It was very convenient to the beaches & fishing, and close enough to sight see in other towns including Truro and Chatham. They were great hosts and provided a very clean, cozy, and relaxing environment. We also loved their dog, Chesney, who is a big sweetheart. We would highly recommend their Bed & Breakfast.

This is a good place to explore Wellfleet, Provincetown, Chatham etc. Chesney the dog is a great pal and the house and garden are very well kept.

Had a wonderful stay w Nancy, Bob and their adorable golden, Chesney! Didn't have much time to chat unfortunately, due to a busy itinerary but the little time we did, they seemed like amazing people who really know the area! Beautiful, peaceful home and all around very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

A great place and great people, we really enjoyed our time in Estham. Very close to different very nice beaches. We can highly recommend Arnold's Restaurant (15 min walking distance) for everyone, who likes seafood at reasonable prices!

Bob and I are high school teachers but have many other interests. Bob is a scuba diving instructor and musician and I am a whale watch naturalist. I recently published my first book, The Adventurous Life of a Cape Cod Dog. Currently I am learning Spanish. We live with our sweet and lovable golden retriever Chesney and travel whenever we have time to sneak away. We love the tropics and our favorite place is coastal Mexico. We have traveled the Caribbean as well as Central and South America. Life is good!
