The apartment is clean and well decorated. The hosts are nice but only speak italian which makes it difficult to communicate by phone. The location is outside LaSpezzia center ( 30 min walk). The sofa-bed is not very confortable.

Pro: excellent location walking distance to La Spezia Migliarina station, free easy parking, clean, low traffic area. Also, we left an item behind and host was very helpful to get it back. Con: We were forced to leave early because of a heavy cigarette odor emanating from the couch. We were unable to sleep as it was heavily irritating to the eyes and nose. If cigarette smoke does not bother you, the apartment is great. Otherwise, confirm with the host that the futon has been replaced before booking.

Response from Graziella:
We never had any problems with any customer. I think instead that the house did not reflect your expectations. Nothing was fine. The bed was uncomfortable, the noisy neighborhood, the smell unacceptable. You left the house unhealthily greedy, although I've been available with you and right. I have offered you another apartment always in the usual structure but did not care. I think it's your trip together with not like you. You are so young but very dissatisfied. Fortunately, airbnb has repaid the entire sum

All was very good, and the place looks as in the pictures, new, clean and very nice for a few days stay to explore Cinque Terre! It is really convenient to have the parking place. The center is a within a 20 minute walk. To explore Cinque Terre we went (8-10min walk) to the La Spezia Migliarina train station, the trains runs very often. Francesca -who welcomed us- was very kind and gave us all the information, she was waiting for us for some time as we arrive late due to traffic jam. The apartment has all you need for a short stay, it is a new building and the neighbourhood is also ok. We walked back late evening from the center and felt good around there. There is a restaurant practically downstairs across the street, we went for dinner once, but i would not recommend it, the food was not so good.

We had a wonderful time staying in Graziella's apartment, hosted by Francesca. Whilst the apartment is a bit of a shlep to La Spezia Centrale and the main area of town, there are plenty of bus options available to make it easier. The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable. Francesca fixed the wifi very promptly and communicated extremely well with us. There were two lovely restaurants close by (including 10€ pizza, drink, dessert menu on a Wed-Fri) and a good supermarket too.

This apartment is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit cinque Terre, Portovenere and La Spezia. It was clean and modern, exactly like the pictures showed us at the beginning of our trip. Car parking (free) is just outside of the building. We only had a problem with the wifi-connection. It worked only for 1 day (stayed for 4 days). But we would definitely recommend the apartment!
