Lovely, peaceful and cosy house with a huge garden, big enough for all sorts of sports. Close enough to many historical attractions for easy day visits.

Great little thatched farmhouse that makes a good base for exploring the area by car. About 10 mins outside Wexford town, Rosslare close by and other coastal areas. Beaches within 10-15 mins drive, good restaurants nearby in local villages etc. Lots to do in area with beaches, surfing, Johnstone castle, pitch and putt, open farms etc. We were a family with 3 children aged 7, 5 and 2 and plenty to keep everyone entertained. House interior in keeping with theme of old farmhouse - old furniture etc which adds to the experience. TV and wifi also. Overall great stay in house with lots of charm, great base to explore from but will need car. Lovely part of the country. Hosts contactable easily by phone and very helpful with suggestions of places/things to see. Would recommend.

We stayed here for and we had a great time. The cottage is quite unique and in grwat conditions. It was very clean and our host was very helpful. You definitely need a car but its only a short drive to shops, beaches and attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay in your quaint and quirky cottage. It was so comfortable and most pleasant. Our host was extremely helpful and readily available to provide assistance if required. We were welcomed with a treat of fresh local strawberries and cream, what a lovely idea. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Plenty of places of interest and lovely restaurants/pubs to visit in the area.

As airbnb virgins, we were a little cautious, we needn't have been. Marion and Simon couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. The cottage is perfect, cosy and welcoming and easily slept our family of 5 (2ad, 2 teens and a tween). Beds were comfy, and the home was clean and well equipt. We enjoyed quality family time, playing games and cards. There is a plethora of dvds, games and books we didn't hear the dreaded "I'm Bored" once. Thanks Marion and Simon :)
