This bright, 60 square-meter apartment (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom) is located in the quiet, artistic quarter of the 3rd district (30 min to the airport). The city center is a 15 min walk away. Prater is also reachable in 15 mins.
The living room has a spacious sofa, which can be also used as a comfortable bed. There is a HD-Beamer for a movie night and also a Bose Bluetooth speaker - so you can listen to your favourite music while relaxing in the hammock.
The comfortably furnished bedroom invites you to a restful night on a double bed with a good quality mattress. In addition, plenty of storage space is available for luggage as well as a clothing rack and dresser.
The kitchen is equipped with many options to prepare a nice brunch or dinner. Plenty of dishes, a clean refrigerator, espresso maker, French press, toaster oven, etc are also available for your use.
Clean sheets, clean towels, shampoo and soap are available for your comfort. I can also provide you with free coffee and tea, to make your adjustment here as easy as possible. If you are interested in sightseeing, I have a map of Vienna waiting for you.
Pets are welcome! I myself am a happy owner of a cute French Bulldog. Dog bed and food bowls are available as needed.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift) and the place is yours alone throughout the duration of your stay. You will be welcomed with a clean and quiet apartment.
I would be happy to welcome you!
