The space

Amazing view, end unit, closest building to the beach just 1500 feet or 500 easy strides from your door. Pool and restaurant/bar is only 300 feet from your door. Beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear included. Smoke free, on the walk-in level with only 5 steps to the parking area.
Blazing fast (at least for the Virgin Islands) 12 meg wifi service, expanded cable, phone with free local calling plus more.
Enjoy the quiet comings and goings of vessels from the marina which is as close as your front yard. Take an excursion on: Yachts Nightwind, Breakaway, New Horizons or New Horizon 2. Go scuba diving with Dive-In or charter a fishing boat with Abigail 3 or Double Header Perfect central location - as close as you can be to office, lending library, mail room, laundry, restaurant and primary pool and outdoor shower. Close but still very quiet.
Key-less entry and in-room safe. I-pod dock and flat screen Hi-def TV. End unit is nice because nobody will be disturbing you by walking by your door. End unit porches also have a side window for more light and air.
Sip your morning coffee while enjoying stunning down-island views of St. John, the BVI and many other islands.
The trade winds will keep you coop but there are 2 air conditioners if needed. We ask that they only be used when the unit is occupied. I price this for 2 but the condo can sleep up to four with the king-size bed in the bedroom and a pullout queen in the living area. Nicely appointed kitchen and open dining area.
Sapphire village offers two pools, one just steps from your door alongside the Sapphire Bar & Grill, the only full service restaurant serving Sapphire Bay. They serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week and breakfast during the winter tourist season. They offer live entertainment a few nights each week.
The marina offers almost every Water Sport under the sun from BVI or sun set cruise to fishing, para-sailing. Dive shop is on the beach about 700 strides from your door. The dive boat leaves from the Marina below your private patio.
Red hook is less then a mile down the road with boutiques, numerous restaurants, and the ferry to nearby St. John.
Summers are a great time to visit, crowds are light, the beaches are delightful and the weather is near perfect. Even in the heat of summer the V.I. has never recorded a temperature above 99 degrees. Give the V.I. a visit in the off season, you won't regret it.

If you are looking for the cheapest condo at Sapphire Village please keep looking, there are plenty of studios in 3 different styles available for much less. But if you want a prime location and unmatched amenities that is a best value you've found it.

Main pool is only steps from the condo, a second smaller pool is up behind the Barbados building.
Beautiful Sapphire Beach is an easy 1300 foot stroll. Red Hook is 1 mile and is best accessed by car or taxi.

I can help set up car rental, provide directions, restaurant and excursion guidance. I have been a visitor for 50 years and resident for 5.

This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. Evidence of smoking in unit or on the balcony will be cause for forfeiture of security deposit. Pricing is for 2 people, the unit will sleep 4 max, $10/pp./night for more than 2. Primary renter must be over 21. Towels may not be hung on the railing, quite hours are in effect from 11 pm till 8 am. Property rules, property maps, floor-plans etc can be found at (URL HIDDEN)
The Kitchen must be left clean, dishes washed, dried and put away. Refrigerator empty and trash removed from the unit to dumpsters provided. Beach items must be rinsed free of sand and salt at the outdoor shower and stored dry.
Please do not allow the A/C to run when the unit is not occupied and please conserve water. Utility rates are incredibly high compared to the US . Sand in condo (dirty beach items), evidence of smoking or excessive linen usage may be cause for charges against the security deposit. Please be considerate and use the fresh water shower next to the pool and allow the items to air dry before storing in the condo.

My wife and I just got home to Seattle area late last night; a few tears were shed as St. Thomas is just an amazing place to visit. Tom emailed plenty of info for a newbie to the USVI to get around. The condo was fantastic, location was great. Lots of extra touches in the condo to make this more than just a fantastic location. From beach and snorkel gear to the cool tradition of leaving booze behind for the next guests (we left some key lime Cruzan rum), to a stocked medicine cabinet with suntan lotion and aspirin, this felt more like a home than a rental. We ate dinner on the deck almost every night and just soaked in the awesome views. Safari bus route was super convenient at the entrance to the condos, never a long wait to grab one. Just a buck or two and gets you where you need to go. We ended up not renting a vehicle until the last day and we never lacked for activities. We also bought fresh fish from one of the local charter captains in the evening in the marina...caught just that day! I would certainly recommend Tom's place if you are visiting St. Thomas!

Our stay was amazing! My boyfriend and I spent 5 wonderful days here. With all of the amenities and supplies that Tom keeps on hand (snorkeling gear, beach towels, sunscreen,tents, chairs, pots, pans ..stocked cooking spices) it felt just like home. My boyfriend was very pleased with the remodeled kitchen (he does all the cooking ..lucky me) Tom was very quick to respond to any needs we had. The balcony overlooks the marina and the beach and therefore offers amazing views. Red Hook is very close. It offers night life and the Ferry to St. John's. We chose not to rent a car to get around. But with this location, that was not a problem. There is an abundance of taxis that can take you where you need to go for a small fee. All and (URL HIDDEN) was a great stay. Can't wait to go back.

Tom was a great host. He was quick to respond to our inquires and gave us a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat on the island. The place was beautiful, with a great view of the ocean and a comfortable living room for relaxing. We had a great honeymoon and would definitely consider staying here again.

Toms place by sapphire village was amazing. Good view and close to sapphire beach. House was kept neat and had everything from cups and dishes to towels. He even provided a brita filter. More than enough space in the living room and the bedroom. Tom is a great help as a host as well. He checked in to see how everything was and even gave us a few ideas on where to go for food and leisure. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here on my next visit. Thanks Tom!

The condo had the most perfect view. Great to sit on the porch and just be mesmerized by the view. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and overlooked Sapphire Bay. The bed was so comfy and the living area relaxing. The kitchen had everything needed. The condo as a whole everything that we needed, snorkels, beach chairs, towels, etc. The area was really convenient, the condo was next to the pool and bar and a literally steps to the marina where you can catch a boat to do some snorkeling or take a trip to BVI. The resort next store had an awesome beach and red hook was just a 5 minute car ride away to great restaurants, ferry, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Tom was really great and responded immediately to queries we had. Thanks Tom

This was the perfect stay at Tom's condo. Tom was always easily reachable by phone or by email. The place felt like a home as opposed to a cookie-cutter rental. Everything was well thought out by the host. Tom even arranged the delivery of my iPhone charger when I accidentally left it in the condo!
