The trade winds will keep you coop but there are 2 air conditioners if needed. We ask that they only be used when the unit is occupied. I price this for 2 but the condo can sleep up to four with the king-size bed in the bedroom and a pullout queen in the living area. Nicely appointed kitchen and open dining area.
Sapphire village offers two pools, one just steps from your door alongside the Sapphire Bar & Grill, the only full service restaurant serving Sapphire Bay. They serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week and breakfast during the winter tourist season. They offer live entertainment a few nights each week.
The marina offers almost every Water Sport under the sun from BVI or sun set cruise to fishing, para-sailing. Dive shop is on the beach about 700 strides from your door. The dive boat leaves from the Marina below your private patio.
Red hook is less then a mile down the road with boutiques, numerous restaurants, and the ferry to nearby St. John.
Summers are a great time to visit, crowds are light, the beaches are delightful and the weather is near perfect. Even in the heat of summer the V.I. has never recorded a temperature above 99 degrees. Give the V.I. a visit in the off season, you won't regret it.

Main pool is only steps from the condo, a second smaller pool is up behind the Barbados building.
Beautiful Sapphire Beach is an easy 1300 foot stroll. Red Hook is 1 mile and is best accessed by car or taxi.

Weekly rates are quoted individually. If you see an opening in the calendar with fewer than the 4 night minimum that suits your needs I may be able to accommodate you - please just ask.
This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. Evidence of smoking in unit or on the balcony will be cause for forfeiture of security deposit. Pricing is for 2 people, the unit will sleep 4 max, $10/pp./night for more than 2. Primary renter must be over 21. The Kitchen must be left clean, dishes washed, dried and put away. Refrigerator empty and trash removed from the unit to dumpsters provided. Beach items must be rinsed free of sand and salt at the outdoor shower and stored dry.
Please do not allow the A/C to run when the unit is not occupied and please conserve water. Utility rates are incredibly high compared to the US . Sand in condo (dirty beach items), evidence of smoking or excessive linen usage may be cause for charges against the security deposit. Please be considerate and use the fresh water shower next to the pool and allow the items to air dry before storing in the condo.
