Great place to stay. Very tranquil. We had use of the pool by ourselves for several days which was fantastic. Apartment had every thing we needed. The village is very quiet with not much going on, apart from 1 nice restaurant. If you have a car, there is easy access to monteriggioni and local vineyards etc. Would definitely recommend.

We loved it, great location, quiet, easy to get back to the highway. Which gives access to some great locations like Siena and San Gimignano close by. And of course the must see Monteriggioni which you can see from the garden. The pool is lovely and refreshing in the hot summer months. I would definitely advice this to any friend going to Tuscany.

This place was a great place to stay in the countryside by siena and Monteriggioni. There are some great hikes around it and some good restaurants nearby. Sara was great for communication and we were able to check in at a good time. The place was larger than expected and Sara left us some eggs and fruit and water. One thing to note is if you need internet, the wifi did not work in our room. We had to go outside to use it. It works great by the pool which was nice. But for work we had to use Hotspot on our phone. Overall it was a great place to stay in the Tuscan country and we would stay here again if internet for work wasn't necessary.

Sara's apartment is in a very small village. It is a little difficult to find, but worth it. The home was beautiful. Sara met us and gave us helpful information. She also left plenty of food for making breakfast the next day. She suggested a couple of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a swimming pool that was available for use. Although the building was very old, everything inside was up-to-date. There is even a dishwasher! Our stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend Sara's home!

This is one of the best airB&Bs ever! Sara is the perfect host not only because she answers timely to all communications and welcomes you with all kind of goodies (fruits, eggs, olive oil, coffee, etc) but also because she has managed to create a piece of paradise on earth. The apartment is in the old farmhouse, bigger than in the pictures, spotless, with everything you may need in modern times (very comfortable bed) and extremely well insolated from the heat. Outside, the garden is immense with different spaces: terrace with chairs and tables to enjoy meals outside, grass to lay or play, umbrellas and deck chairs beside the clean and big pool to read or just relax, etc. And all this framed by diverse kind of flowers, trees, birds and the Tuscany Sun. We spent 4 days here and were lucky enough to be almost alone. On top, it is perfect located to visit Monteriggioni, San Giminiano, Siena and Florence. ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE!

A very special place! A secluded stay next to an old Abbey, the perfect place to rest your head after a day of Tuscan exploring. We had a very long day-- left Rome, visited Orvieto, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, and were sitting down to dinner in Siena when we realized it was already 9pm. Sara was very accommodating and waited up for us. The place is very old and it's special to look around at the furniture and art. You'll feel you've gone back in time. Sara was very sweet. The pool looks very clean and great to swim in. We were in a bit of a rush to get back on the road, so we didn't swim, but the yard is glorious. Highly recommend.

Saras house is a perfect get away in a really tiny village near Monteriggione. Its perfectly located to get off the crowd, but you can reach Siena, Monteriggione & San Gimignano fast. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. The communication with Sara was very easy and she gave us all the information to find the house without any struggles. Highly recommended.
