The building is quiet and tidy. It's a 30 minute walk to everything down. I would stay there again.

I had a great stay in this room while in Toronto for a work trip. Communication with the team was super easy via airbnb. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the room (as well as the rest of the house) was very clean. There was even a bag of toiletries in my room that provided all the necessities in case I had forgotten anything. This dorm is centrally located, so everything is within walking distance or you can take the street cars that pass right outside along Spadina. That would be the only negative side of this room if you're a light sleeper or are looking for extreme quiet: the room faces Spadina, so there's noise from passersby, street cars, and regular cars. Definitely wasn't a problem for me though.

There was a slight mixup in the rooms; however, India was super responsive in getting in contact with me about it, how to contact her, and what to do with the room update. She provided enough details to handle the checkin procedure, and anything that was unclear, she responded very quickly, accurately, and very helpfully. Location is quite prime - there is a TTC street car literally right outside the door. I don't think you can get much better than that. It's right by U of T as well, making it quite accessible to almost anywhere you want. Food/restaurants/pharmacy is about 5-10 minute walk, which is super convenient. I found what I needed when I was looking for it, and I could just take the streetcar if I wanted to explore. The shared bathrooms were not a problem at all. There are basically 3 or 4 floors with one full bathroom on each floor (all of which can be used). The second floor even had an extra toilet/sink in case the bathroom was full and you needed to quickly use the toilet or use the sink. Room came with a nicely packaged set of amenities including a tooth brush, tooth paste, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, a body towel, face towel, and a hand towel. Room was brightly lit at night with all the lighting fixture in the room (2 over head lights and two lamps). Would have been nice to have AC, but a small fan was provided and the windows opened up enough to let the breeze in.

They were very good about responding to my concerns - late arrival (3 am in the morning), parking availability etc. The accommodation was clean, clearly described and fulfilled its description. Thank you.

I arrived quite late in Toronto so I couldn't meet our hosts in person, but they made sure I could move in smoothly by leaving keys in a padlock at the door. Everything was super clean and the neighbourhood is very convenient.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very neat, as advertised. The only blip was when the power went off for a short while but that was a general problem, it also affected other buildings nearby.
