Welcome to this peaceful, studio space, separate from the main house, on the alley, featuring a private entrance and full bathroom. Mini kitchen setup with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Enjoy the beautiful summer gardens, herbs and fruit trees. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops.
This studio space is behind the house in the garage. The bed is a
comfortable memory foam queen with freshly laundered sheets. The bathroom is fairly new and will always be sparkling clean with fresh towels. Kitchen amenities are for quick meals and include fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and filtered water. Portable Air Conditioner. Cups, plates and utensils. Coffee, tea and cream in the fridge.
Alley access. Follow the garden path to the left, double doors, both locked, private entrance. Your vehicle will be parked right next to your space. The main house is in front, blocking the traffic noise from the busy road.
Interaction with guests
The best way to reach me is through text or email. You can call me as well. I am definitely available if you need me for anything but appreciate my privacy and will respect yours as well.
Although I won't usually enter the studio during your stay, I reserve the right to do so if I have a concern about safety, water running, AC or portable heat running excessively. Your belongings are safe and your privacy is important to me.
Other things to note
Shared WIFI but NO TELEVISION. I have cats but they do not have access to the studio (in case you are allergic).
Friendly dogs next door.
Summer guests: There is a portable AC unit!
Winter guests: Heated
Please no smoking or drugs anywhere on the property including mj. You are welcome to come and go as you please, of course, just be conscious of the quiet neighborhood and property after 10 pm, on weeknights especially. No parties.
I am a Mom and Herbalist and work in the natural health industry. At home I love to work in my garden, cook delicious, organic meals and hang out with my kids (grown) and my cats. I enjoy yoga and hiking but am happy watching a good movie or reading the New Yorker or whatever books are on the stack. I'm a garage sale junky, always on the search for vintage finds. Favorite travel destinations? Any place with a beach. I love to discover new places, whether hiking a new Rocky Mountain trail or finding myself in a cool city neighborhood. I enjoy peaceful, quiet space balanced with social time with friends and family.
