Welcome to this peaceful, studio space, separate from the main house, on the alley, featuring a private entrance and full bathroom. Mini kitchen setup with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Enjoy the beautiful summer gardens, herbs and fruit trees. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops.

The space

This studio space is behind the house in the garage. The bed is a
comfortable memory foam queen with freshly laundered sheets. The bathroom is fairly new and will always be sparkling clean with fresh towels. Kitchen amenities are for quick meals and include fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and filtered water. Portable Air Conditioner. Cups, plates and utensils. Coffee, tea and cream in the fridge.

Guest access

Alley access. Follow the garden path to the left, double doors, both locked, private entrance. Your vehicle will be parked right next to your space. The main house is in front, blocking the traffic noise from the busy road.

Interaction with guests

The best way to reach me is through text or email. You can call me as well. I am definitely available if you need me for anything but appreciate my privacy and will respect yours as well.
Although I won't usually enter the studio during your stay, I reserve the right to do so if I have a concern about safety, water running, AC or portable heat running excessively. Your belongings are safe and your privacy is important to me.

My stay was very pleasant. My room was sweet and very clean. Jenny was available if I needed anything. I will stay there again when visiting my family. Thank you Jenny!

The place is described as a studio apartment but it is a converted garage and feels like one. If all you want is a convenient location and a place to sleep this is adequate. There is one room which is occupied by a bed. So small doesn’t begin to describe the space. The “kitchen” is nothing more than a toaster oven and a microwave. Because it’s a converted garage there is no insulation.

Response from Jenny:
I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the studio. I made special arrangements to open up an additional night per your request. I believe that the description on Airbnb is very accurate as are the pictures. The kitchen also includes a fridge, coffee, tea, drinks and snacks, dishes and all the amenities for light meal preparation. Bathroom is supplied with everything you might need while traveling. And yes, it is a one room studio plus a bathroom built in the garage with insulation, heat and AC, as described.

We stayed at Jenny's place for a couple nights in October. There was rain and snow that weekend, so the heaters at home were much needed and appreciated! The studio was neat and organized, and the bathroom was very clean. She has an interesting collection of personal care products, and also a pretty garden. Tip: Use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps - it takes you right to the back alley entrance. We got rather lost trying to find her place at night.

Quiet little garage apartment in residential area. Very clean and close to Louisville and Longmont. Kitchenette had everything you could need.

Jenn'y studio is a great little place to stay. It's close to Boulder, Denver, and a lot of hiking along the front range. The kitchenette was very functional with a toaster oven, microwave & hot plate. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a Mom and Herbalist and work in the natural health industry. At home I love to work in my garden, cook delicious, organic meals and hang out with my kids (grown) and my cats. I enjoy yoga and hiking but am happy watching a good movie or reading the New Yorker or whatever books are on the stack. I'm a garage sale junky, always on the search for vintage finds. Favorite travel destinations? Any place with a beach. I love to discover new places, whether hiking a new Rocky Mountain trail or finding myself in a cool city neighborhood. I enjoy peaceful, quiet space balanced with social time with friends and family.
