One room apartment with a lot of charm. Old wooden floors and high ceiling. The building is from the nineteenth century and the apartment has an old functional tile stove for heating. Newly renovated tiny bathroom and a wonderful unpractical kitchen.
On the third floor in a beautiful 19th century building is our home. It's a small but spacious apartment and full of charm in the best area in Stockholm (Södermalm). Wooden floors, nice view, not the most practical but quite charming kitchen and a beautiful tile stove makes our apartment the perfect place to stay (and live). In the room there's a really comfortable sofa-bed, designed for every night-sleeping. The bathroom is small but newly renovated.
The building has a lovely back yard where you can barbecue in the summer.
The neighbourhood is amazing no matter if you like to enjoy excellent restaurants and bars or grab a coffee and have a stroll in the park (with stunning views over the city). Close by there is also some really cute wooden houses from the 18th century and "hidden" public gardens.
Other things to note
We live on the third floor with no elevator and sometimes the climb feels a bit heavy.
