Welcome to your cozy home away from home. This two-floor open concept, tranquil beach style home with guest house is centrally located on a quiet street within walking distance to trendy Little Italy and the Rideau Canal.
This open concept home is tastefully decorated with plenty of natural light throughout the house. The house features two fireplaces, a dining area, living room, enclosed front porch and private backyard. The upstairs level features one bedroom, a full bathroom with separate shower and bath, and laundry. Guests have access to one closet. The other bedroom (for groups of 4 or more) is located in the guest house on the property, which has a separate entrance from the main house.
The kitchen features granite counters, an espresso machine, gas stove, dishwasher, and bar area with stools as well as all of the best cooking tools and appliances.
Other features include central air conditioning, a powder room on the main floor and hardwood floors throughout.
This house has everything you need!
Guests will have full access to the property, which includes the main and upper levels, front porch, backyard, guest house. The only space that is not accessible is the basement. Access is available via code (not key) so that you never have to worry about keys during your stay.

Other things to note
There is a friendly, mature tenant living in the basement unit of this property. The unit is separate with a separate entrance and will not affect/disrupt your stay.
The guest house is not air conditioned but has a fan, two windows, and sliding porch doors. In the winter the space is heated with electric baseboard heating and has a wood burning fireplace. The guest house does not have its own bathroom.
The two bathrooms - powder room and master bathroom are located in the main house.
This is a non-smoking property. Should you wish to smoke, you must do so outside.
Only House trained pets are welcome. Pets must stay off the furniture.
There is a tenant living in the lower level of the house; therefore, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:30pm and before 8am.
There is parking for one car in the driveway.
All garbage and recycling must be removed from the house prior to departure. Bottles and plastic belong in the blue bin. Paper and cardboard belong in the black bin. Garbage should be placed in the garbage bin.
Any special requests such as having guests at the house during your stay must be agreed prior to arrival.
Please remove all used bedding and towels and place them on the floor by the washing machine.
Please clean used dishes before you leave.
Do not adjust the settings on the espresso machine. They are set to work with the espresso beans in the machine.
