A newly renovated (May 2015) apartment that is part of our beautiful house in Johannesdal. The apartment consists of a new fully equipped kitchen/ living room, a sleeping room and a new bathroom.
The apartment suits perfectly for a maximum of three residents. However, if you want to be a larger group there is a possibility to book an additional room adjacent to the apartment that can accommodate 2 more people; this room has even an open fireplace.
Guests have access to:
•The whole apartment consisting of a kitchen / living room, a private bathroom and a bedroom,
• The green yard in front of the house overlooking the lake Mälaren.
• An outside table with chairs
• Free parking
Interaction with guests
Most of the time we will be available in the house. It can happen that we ourselves are away on a business trip or vacation. In this case we have a housekeeper who is available 24/7.
Other things to note
In the kitchen you find a all equipments you need. there is a very powerful and good Microwave oven (You can not bake, it is not a normal oven) and a full size induction stove, Kettle, toaster etc .
1) Absolutely no pets.
2) Smoking is forbidden in the house. Smoking can be done outside the house.
3)No fry raw fish or other strong smelling food in the kitchen.
4) No duris, fermented Baltic herring (surströmning) or similar food at the house.
5) No loud music or loud noise in the apartment after 21.00.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
