As Erin notes, the accommodations are unusual, a single room guest house in a mid-century modern complex. The guesthouse is small, with a bedroom and bathroom, suitable for a single or couple. The small space is functionally and mcinimslly furnished with no television but a dorm fridge, coffee pot and corner desk. The space is clean and well-maintained with the stone slab floor as an interesting touch. There is evidence of past moisture problems (difficult to avoid in such a situation), but this has been largely or completely rectified. A nice, unusual place to spend a night.

I stayed at Erin's for a couple nights during a job at MASS MoCA. The location was super convenient and somewhat secluded, except it's on a service road by a busy highway so you will hear cars which start to become white noise. I also was woken up by her dog barking both mornings. It's very cute but does bark a lot!! I was looking for a quiet place to stay and sleep in after a long work day, but unfortunately it's not as serene as the photos suggest. You do get a really lovely view of the woods (and cars), which I enjoyed. I think it's a great place to stay if you just need an affordable place for the night mid road trip, or if you aren't bothered by noise.

Clean, simple room in a quiet, woodsy area. Conveniently located near Williamstown and North Adams. Check-in was a breeze! Great value for the area this time of year. :-)

Our stay at Erin's place was as expected. It was clean and comfortable. It's great if you have a lot planned and want a quiet place to stay. We did wish the back windows had privacy shades on them as you could see right through the thin shades that were provided which made us a little uncomfortable. Not a huge deal as it was unlikely anyone would be back there but good to know if you prefer total privacy.

Convenient to Williamstown and Mass MOCA and stylish and clean. It's a ways before you can turn around on route 7 if you miss the turn coming from MA and the road is dark if returning late at night but otherwise a great spot to crash after Fresh Grass.
