If you arrive during the day I will greet you or my lovely assistant will show you around. If you arrive over the weekend or after six I will make arrangement for a key exchange. Please park in the driveway and do not worry if you have to block the garage doors. I am the only person that uses the garage and I seldom need to move a car in or out. You will enter the rear of the building up the stone steps. No worries, it is bright, pleasant and clean.
Interaction with guests
I do not reside at the premises; however, you may interact with guests if you take in the front porch. This is typically where previous guests have mingled. Overall, everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. If you are a walker or explorer type I would certainly recommend taking a morning or afternoon stroll around the Ten Hills Community. Very beautiful landscaping, mature trees and historical homes. You will find the neighbors to be super friendly and quite approachable.
Other things to note
TenHills is steps from Rt 40 and there are many places to shop. There is a Giant grocery store close, Royal Farm, Double T Diner, Home Depot, Lowes, Marshalls, Ross For Less, and the list goes on...all within very close proximity to the property. Also the bus line is steps away, Social Security Administration, UMBC, Spring Grove Hospital, Saint Agnes Hospital and Catonsville Community College are all very convenient to the property,
I simply ask that you are mindful of the fact the this home build in 1937 was not designed as an apartment building so please be mindful of your noise. I have two large 8 X 10 rugs to cover the majority of the original hardwood floors simply to reduce the noise transmission. Please be considerate when you are walking and please do not stomp on the floor. Please no smoking within the building and please not pets on the property period (not even visiting). Please do not sleep on the decorative pillows....Again, please enjoy yourself and fee free to enjoy the front porch.
