This is a cozy cabin with the right amount of space for a family/ group of 5. We were very close to World's End and not too far from Rickett's Glen for hiking. Bring tubes for floating down the Loyalsock River (World's End). Mokoma Lake was lovely and also provided a clubhouse with pool table and ping pong to entertain my 13 yr Olds and their friends. Eagles Mere is also close for a nice daytime outting. We all had a great time and would definitely rent this cabin again.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Feels very secluded yet also close to many scenic/natural attractions. A bit tough to find from the road, driveway could be marked a little more prominently as you can't see cabin from the street, but that does help to add to the feeling of privacy. Shower stall is very small so might be difficult for larger people. Would absolutely stay again.

This cabin is rustic but in a cozy, tranquil way. The cabin is light and bright despite the wooded setting. The back deck is a lovely place to hang out alone or with family and friends. The furnishings are very comfortable. Appliances and household items are more than adequate, a plus for me because I like to cook simple meals on vacation. (Not many restaurants in the area.) Wi-Fi is a huge bonus given the rural location. Note there isn't a tv. No need; you can stream on your own Wi-Fi friendly device. Better yet--unplug and unwind. The only surprise was no curtains or shades on bedroom windows. The cabin is semi secluded from neighbors. Not a huge deal. A little awkward as one bedroom faces drive and side walkway to entrance. The other bedroom faces neighbor's back of house. (Note: You sort of share a driveway entrance with this house. Stay left and drive up hill. There is no marker for Ben's cabin.) There is natural screening provided by trees. Expect to be awakened as the sun rises. A lovely, tranquil spot for anyone who loves being in the woods near a lake.

We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking to book. It was clean, quiet and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is close to several state parks/forests and close walking distance to a lake. Ben is a great host and responded very quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely be booking this cabin again when we travel back to World's End State Park.

Ben was super helpful about local places. Even though I never met him in person, I could tell he was good guy. The cabin was absolutely wonderful, quiet, warm, and peaceful in a quiet lakeside community. Very little light pollution so the stars are bright as can be. I look forward to coming back when I can!

The lake was beautiful - the leaves are super colorful this time of year. There's even a beautiful hike not too far away with a bunch of waterfalls. I went with a bunch of friends and we had a great time at the house. The place was super cute and was perfect for cooking, playing card games and staying warm by the fireplace heater! Definitely enjoyed the stay and Ben is very responsive and helpful.
