Our space is just fully renovated contemporary studio- perfect for a couple or a family of three. This Condo (INN ON THE PARK) is located
at 1920 Ala Moana Blvd., 10th Fl. across the street of the beautiful Fort DeRussy Park and famous Hillton Hawaiian Village, 3 minutes away by foot and you could watch the must see every Friday free entertainment Fireworks on the beach!

Guest access

For an exciting stay we have a recreation area on the 5th floor facing the lush greens of Fort DeRussy park. Guests could unwind either in the swimming pool, b-b-q & picnic deck, or just lie down to enjoy the view or read a book on a reclining lounge chairs provided.

10 minutes loading & unloading zone at the front entrance.
Paidparking garage is just on the next building of the property (2 minutes walk). Entrance is on ENA ROAD (United Parking Services 1910 Ala Moana Blvd.) Gate is open from 6AM ~ 11PM. $15 for 24 hrs (no in and out privileges) short term rate also available depending how many hours you would like to park :3 hours for $4, 3~5 hours for $5, all day for $7 (up to 5PM), Evening Rates for $6 from 5PM ~ 6AM.

Just a short walk, first corner from the building, Wailana parking garage for $21 whole day with multiple entry.

Interaction with guests

We will welcome our guests at the lobby to give the key and to walk them to the unit. We encourage guests to contact us if they have any concern before or during their period of stay.

We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels and hair dryer.

2. Please, NO SHOES, SLIPPERS & SAND inside the unit. (There is a shower on the 5th Floor to wash yourself and the beach gadgets)
3. Wash & remove sand before putting back all the beach gadgets.
4. No pets and no loud music.
5. Do not throw anything on the Lanai.

6.Kindly use kitchen appliances one at a time to avoid fuse to trip off.
(We are sharing electricity with the other unit)
7. Kindly throw all the rubbish in the trash bin, yellow door right in front of the elevator.
9. Please turn off, aircon and other appliances when going out.

10. $100 would be charged for the lost FOB keys.
11. For early check out, we request to put the key on the Lock Box provided on the 2nd Floor parking area otherwise, we would meet guests at the lobby at 11AM for the key.

*WI-FI information is on the fridge door.

Great place to stay that's within walking distance to Waikiki and Ala Moana. Apartment was as exactly described in the listing, very clean and comfortable with amenities provided. Great view as well from the balcony. Ssen and Norio were very prompt with their communication, would certainly recommend to others :)

What a great place to stay! If you park in the lot off Ena Avenue just beside Aloha Kitchen, it's only $18/24 hr and has a pedestrian entrance very close to the condo building (i.e., it's the next building over -- 2 minute walk from vehicle to inside the condo). Beware parking in the lot across the street (Wailana parking lot; they charged $24/night!!) Excellent hosts with great recommendations and prompt communication. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will hopefully return one day.

Ssen & Norio's place is located in walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping & public transportation. Studio was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more than a high price hotels in the area. Checking in was very easy. And in the building had a great spa. Thanks JoAnn & Raul

Great place! The apartment was newly renovated, very clean and had a nice view. The host provided pretty much everything we needed including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen lotion, aloe Vera cream, towels, beach towels, even surf boards, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and umbrella. Check in was super easy and the host was always very responsive and courteous and even accommodated our early check in. One thing to note is that to get to the center of Waikiki beach and shopping area, it does take 15-20 minutes walking and 5-7 minutes by uber/Lyft. You can also take the trolley for $2 each way which runs until 9:30pm everyday. Overall a great experience!
