Everything was at described at Mike's place in Arlington. We were only 4, so there were more than enough beds and the convenience of parking spot . It's close to the metro, which takes you right I to D.C. Would stay here again when traveling to Washington.

A nice apartment in a great location. Mike was very quick to respond to messages and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Towels and bed linen were very clean. Shower was good. But the inner window frames were very dirty. There were spider webs on the wall and in the bathroom a tile was missing on the wall. One of the pots was unusable bedaucs of burned food staines. The fridge top was not clean. We could not open the window of the maind bedroom because direcly outside of it several AC-systemes were running all night. Several mosquito blinds were damaged so we could not open other windows either. We felt uncomfortable and asked the host to leave after one night instead of 4. So we asked for a refund of the 3 nights (and we paid the cleaning on top). However the host only offere a refund of 1,5 nights. Given the state of the appartment we believe this was not a fair offer.

A great family/small group apartment only a few minutes walk to the metro and several restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for anyone doing DC on a budget. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the area was quiet and appeared to be very safe.

Hi my future guest,

Everybody has a story. I have been living alone since I was 11. I was born in a small village 30 years ago. I still do not know my exact birthday. I spent my childhood shepherding cows, taking care of hazelnut fields, chopping woods, climbing trees and picking fruit. I made all my toys by myself and play with them outside and coming home dirty. Soccer was my favorite and I do not remember how many windows and light bulbs I broke.Everything was allright until I had to quit school for working after 5th grade because of conditions. After a year, I had the chance to start school again. I was a bright student and I was asked to go to the city for studying. I was so independent that I cried to rent a room instead of going to a dormitory. My room did not have any windows, but I was happy being in charge of my life. It was how I started living alone since then. I started cooking, washing and ironing my clothes, organize my own life, selling donuts on the street, having a lot of guests, because I was the only child living alone. Therefore, I have been hosting since that time. Up to now, 19 years with full of memories, stories and people, and counting...

I met Airbnb three years ago. Now, I run several apartments for Airbnb as a host. Maybe I am the most experienced and the busiest Airbnb host around Washington DC Metropolitan area. I have over 1150 reviews and counting. I do my best to make my guests stay as comfortable as possible and I enjoy it.

I have met thousands of new people and many cultures through Airbnb so far. I have hosted thousands of reservations and thousands of people from all over the world. I will be so glad to see you being my guests as well. You can book instantly without hesitation if my apartment is available on calendar. You can come anytime late after 3 pm. I try to be flexible with my check in and out times. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any concern, so we can discuss it.

Beside that, I am an entrepreneur dealing with businesses independently. I just got my MBA , and I am operating Home Remodeling Service,Cleaning Service companies and I just opened a cafe in Georgetown, Washington, D.C. You are always welcome to visit. It's called The Bean Counter.

I love watching and playing soccer. I do have a maltese T cup puppy, but both I love a cats and dogs. I am a big tea fan. I am a true peace supporter and idealist. I believe that everybody is a finger of same hand. Also, I genuinely believe that Airbnb serves for peace, because we meet all type of people. So we get rid of all our prejudgments about others. As long as you travel around you become more respectful. I think meeting new people, traveling, try new things are kind of essentials of our life.
