The apartment is located in East Perth (CBD) area, within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and city shopping centre. It is a perfect and convenient location to explore the city. If you're on a business trip here, this is also a highly recommended area to stay.
You'll be having the whole apartment for yourself.

Indoor heated pool, spa & gym are free complementary to use. A wifi of 4GB per month is provided. Undercover parking included. Aircon/heater on both bedrooms only.
Interaction with guests
I am a professional working in Melbourne. Guest(s) can contact me via mobile, email or watsapp me during reasonable hour unless it is emergency, anytime. On arrival, my representative will meet guest(s) in front of apartment to pass the keys and information about the apartment and its surroundings.
Other things to note
The apartment is fully furnished. Bed sheets, blanket, towels, basic toiletries (include hair dryer) & washing powder are provided. Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness at all times as cleaning will not be provided during stay. Transfer from airport/ accommodation can be arranged during weekend only, cater 4 adults max, please let me know if you need this additional service (cost $20 one way).
No party animal, no pets allowed and shoes free please inside apartment. Smoking only allowed at balcony.

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness at all times. Dishes are to be washed and put away before leaving apartment.
Aircon and heater only available to use in both bedrooms.
The internet roll-over date is on 11th of each month. Please note that the internet will slow down once you exceed the allowance. Extra data can be requested at extra cost.
If there is any issue in apartment, please notify me straight away on the same day.
Please note that as part of strata company rules, if tenant has triggered fire alarm in the apartment (either accidentally or not) and resulted in fire brigade attendance then the bill (around $800) will be passed on to tenant with no excuse, hence please look after the apartment responsibly.
