It feels like a real house. The bedrooms are bigger than the usual. The Master's bedroom has a King-sized bed. All other bedrooms have a queen sized bed. We also have 2 single sized floor mattresses, which can accommodate 2 more people, perfect for small kids. There's a spacious living area, a nice kitchen and dining area. All the beds are premium mattresses. Its perfect for a family of 6 or more ( in case anyone wants to sleep in the living area or use the 2 single sized floor mattresses). TAKE NOTE, you should mention beforehand if you will have more than 6 people in the apartment so we can set up the extra beds.

The guests can access the swimming pool, gym and function area at the 3rd floor.
Interaction with guests
W Tower has a building administrator that can assist the guests during the day. At night, the lobby guard can call on the maintenance team for any EMERGENCY utility needs. The host will not be available during your stay but is confident that the building staff can service the client's needs.
Other things to note
1. Welcome to our Premium 3BR Penthouse Unit. We have 1 King bed, 2 Queen bed and 2 pull out single floor mattress beds.
2. ALL CRs have hot water.
3. The building administrator might have to turn on the circuit breaker when you check in if the electricity is not yet turned on.
4. The hot water runs out if you use too much, you might have to wait a while to have more hot water heat up first. Though this only happens if you really use a lot of hot water and only in the CRs upstairs.
5. There is only one set of master keys from the lobby guard. If you lose the keys, the guard will not be able to open the apartment until the next afternoon.
6. There is a security pass code when you use the elevator from the lobby to the penthouse. The guard will provide this.
7. For all concerns, please coordinate with the guard (at night) or the building administrator (9am-6pm). The host will not be available.
8. The water from the faucet is not potable. But we have provided a water dispenser and water jugs for you and your family. There is also a 7-11 nearby.
9. The host will only clean the apartment before and after the guest's whole stay duration.
10. When you check out, the building administrator or representative shall check the apartment first.
11. The number of the lobby guard is (phone number hidden) or you can use the intercom, just press the blue key button.
12. We strongly suggest that guests get a prepaid SIM card at the mall or even at the airport. Get the ones with unlimited data plans for the duration of your stay. Wifi in the apartment is available but is SLOW. We are still in the process of upgrading this.

It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed. Guests are not allowed to have more than the registered number of guests stay at the apartment. ABSOLUTELY no parties or loud noises allowed in the apartment as there are other families in the neighboring apartments. The security of the building will strictly impose this when there are complaints.
Bringing in of QUESTIONABLE people, prostitutes,and the like will NOT be tolerated. This is a FAMILY FRIENDLY building.
