This 2 Bed Rooms lovely Duplex is located in a private 5 apartments building near Lamai Beach.

With a shared pool and shared garden, guests can relax on their own as it has a private terrace or meet other guests living around.

This Duplex has 2 Bedrooms, 2 BathRooms, 1 living Room, 1 Kitchen, a private terrace, a shared Pool and a shared Garden. It is located 5 minutes WALK from Lamai Beach and Lamai Center

Interaction with guests

Guests are personally greeted by myself Koh Samui Holiday Rentals' Representative and Property Manager, upon arrival whom I also show around the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries.

Other things to note

Kindly note that Electricity is charged within the complex by usage. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees. If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

The only good point about this house is it really close enough to Lamai Beach, 8 minutes' walk. The back window facing Road 4169, 20 meters away and nothing in between, so the noise is 24x7. Trying to cover that noise in the night, I turn on aircon - but it is facing the bed and too old to adjust the airflow direction,- so the cold air blow into my face all night long. A small street in front is busy too, motorbike noise quite often. This house is for backpacker's standard, every equipment seems came from second-hand market: The air-conditioner on upper floor is at least 10 yrs' old and nonfunctional - took them two days to fix it. I was charged 380 B for electricity, but I didn't bother to mentioned that I have to turn on a fan and that failed air conditioner to make some air flow to survive that 2 hot nights. No anti-mosquito facility in room, so I am really angry when I killed 3 of them on my daughter's pillow found all blood in my hand (I do have my own anti-mosquito stuff but can't get rid of them all). There are only two chairs at dinning table and one of them is falling apart. The toast maker is so dirty I dare not to put any food in it. No LCD TVs as described but 2 very old CRTs, although I don't watch. No washing machine. No guide maps (it is free on Samui every where) or any tips in house. I am a businessman and I can tell what's going on - Loicq (owner or manager? I don't know, never meet him, only a brief talk on the phone) is trying to make as much profit with as less investment as possible. Every facility just exist because you have to have them, but they all so close to fail. As a previous backpacker, I might feel OK, for its hot shower, clean floor, big room - you can get in 6 people easily with their own sleeping pad. NOT for the room rate which is far beyond backpacker's level. Thanks to the yrs of experiences with Airbnb, I didn't book all my holiday here. So I get chance to pull my family out of this hole and move to a well managed high-end apartment in Bo Phut, -- with even less cost. The cost I saved can perfectly cover my car rent. So I figured out I don't need to be so close to beach. The family are enjoying 2nd half of the holiday with much relief and happier. The wifi speed are back to civilization level too. P.S. According to the investment level, I was wondering what was the last time swimming pool changed water and cleaned, I lived here 5 nights, saw no one stay in the pool.

Thank you for your Review Maggie. Fortunately for us, our previous guests were a bit more honest and better communication than you were. I will make sure that some of the points that you mentioned are checked and solved if there is actually a problem. However i would like to make a few things clear even though the description and pictures are quiet clear, but it seems that you failed on reading and looking them good. The Main road, and especially our small street are not busy 24/7 as wrote so. The trafic on the main road can be busy during the day, but certainly not in our street, and it definitely gets super quiet in the evening and at night. I remind here that our street is not a main road access and because of its small size it can certainly not be busy. the Map and description are quiet clear. Of course, it is pretty difficult to avoid the motorcycles to drive around, but maybe it would be better to avoid renting a place in the centre of one of the most popular area of the Island, if absolute silent atmosphere is what you are looking for. You mention that the A/C was not cooling enough for you. We had it checked as fast as possible in regards of availability of the technical staff. It was never out of order as you wrote here. I am very sorry that you had to handle mosquitos on your own. Maybe we should provide some Anti-Mosquitos spray, but i am not sure that this is a relevant note, as it is obvious that in a tropical country you might face that kind of situation, and then being prepared can be better. I advise to check better on the Airbnb Description. TV is mentioned, but not LCD TV, Washing Machine are NOT part of our equipment description and "guide maps" as well. As you said, it is for free everywhere on the island, and this starts from the Airport. As explained in our description, i am the representative of this place and make the link between you and the place itself. You have been greeted by Mon, who was on site every day and answered to your questions and requests. You NEVER communicated directly with me about any of this things, except when you arrived 12 hours in advance of your announced schedule to say on the phone "Hey, we are on our way". Even though this happened, you were welcomed by Mon, the Owner and the staff kindly clean and prepared as fast as possible the Place for you to Check In in Advance. I will make sure that all your points are inspected, but it is kind of obvious that you are exaggerating a bit of all of them, and certainly not using the best communication possible, and that from the beginning, for us to have a smooth and easy experience. I advise to read, look and communicate good and clear about an Airbnb Description before and during your stay. I hope you are not that approximative about your "business". I wish you all the best.

Very enjoyable stay. Apartment is clean and well maintained and just as described. Loicq was very helpful and always extremely quick to reply to any queries we had. The restaurants recommended by Loicq were superb.

Loicq is extremely professional, friendly, helpful (carried our huge and heavy bags up the stairs and met us again when we left and did the same). Gave great local advice and always answered annoying touristy questions within 24 hours. However when our daughter was sick during the night, he replied straight away with hospital advice and offers to arrange taxis. He also wrote the following day to ask how we were. Extremely thoughtful and went out of his way. We had a few miscommunications (language barriers) with the actual owner, however Loicq always stepped in and resolved these things quickly and efficiently. We felt like a burden with all our questions and emails but Loicq was always patient and helfpul. Thank you!

My brother and I rented this place out for 4 days and it was fantastic. It's clean, spacious, and a great location! Just a short 5 min walk to all the restaurants and shops that Lamai has to offer. And a 10 min walk to the beach. It's so close to all the entertainment yet a nice quiet area at night. Eric and Loicq were extremely helpful and made our stay even better. They arranged taxis for our arrival and departure and gave us some great tips and suggestions of places to see and eat. They also set up a moped rental for us and had our mopeds on site when we arrived. My brother and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to visit the wonderful island of Samui.

Our vacation to Koh Samui Lamai was extremely relaxing, enjoyable & rejuvenating, made easier by Loicq, Eric & Mon. The duplex was as described when booked, the shared pool was a highlight to enjoy any time of the day & visit with other guests. The location provided tranquility & quite, yet is only minutes from the vibrant & alive Lamai beach where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . We rented a Honda PCX 150 which enabled us to travel the island & visit all the wonderful places & things to see & do at our leisure, a very affordable & recommend transport . Mon took care of our accommodations & was always very helpful. Looking forward to another month relaxation in September
