Great location. Room is small but very clean and with all features detailed, Shared bathrooms were spotlessly clean and easy to access. Maricio made a delicious breakfast and it was great to be able to sit around the communal table and talk with other guests. Very pleasant hospit…

Peter and Mauricio's place was perfect for my needs! Steps from the center of town, yet quiet. I opted for the smallest of their rooms, which was small, but fit my needs very well. Peter and Mauricio were excellent hosts. I look forward to staying with them again in the future!

I was very happy with my stay at Peter & Mauricio’s. The room was lovely and the shared bathroom worked fine. The house is beautifully decorated and a lovely place to be - I could hear the waves breaking from my window. I would definitely recommend this spot, particularly for lon…

I had a really great experience staying at The Captain's House! The location is perfect for getting around. The room had everything I needed and nothing more - a comfortable bed to sleep in, A/C for the unseasonably warm fall, good wi-fi, and a TV with lots of channels for when I…

The space is quiet, clean and centrally-located. The hosts were really helpful (in addition to giving restaurant tips, they gave me a water bottle and loaned me a jacket, and let us keep our bags at the inn for 8 hours after we checked out). I'm always seeking out friendly, affor…

The downsides: * Rooms are small. This isn't totally unexpected, given that they're asking half of what anyone else in Provincetown is, but be aware. *The back hallway, and the room especially, smelled kind of musty. Not badly so, and it went away after a minute or two, but you c…

Response from Peter And Mauricio:
Thanks for your well though out review, Amy. Just a couple comments from me. I'm glad the musty smell went away after a couple minutes. Yes, the room you chose is the smallest room in the house and the price does reflect that. In fact, the photos also reflect that. If you imagined it to be larger then I don't have any control over that. The room is small, just like the pictures show it to be. Also I can't imagine why anyone would be expecting a full English breakfast because that is not what we advertise. We advertise a "healthy homemade continental breakfast." It was nice to met you and Alicia would love to have you back to rub behind her ears.

This small, updated B&B in the heart of Provincetown was surprisingly quiet. My little room was exactly as pictured and perfectly clean as were the two bathrooms. I never had to wait, and rarely saw anyone in the hallway. The wifi was great and the simple breakfasts are nourishin…

Response from Peter And Mauricio:
Thanks for your review Pat. It was a pleasure hosting you. Regarding the parking: it is difficult and inconvenient. That's because we're in the center of town where it is very busy with pedestrians, cyclists, and other cars. If anyone is worried about inconvenient or difficult parking then I would suggest finding a place that is not so much in the center of town.
