Luxurious central, 3 bed ground floor apartment with private entrance & garden. This beautiful property has recently undergone full refurbishment giving you a bright, modern property while retaining period features. Very close to Stirling University.

The space

This luxury holiday apartment in Bridge of Allan has undergone a recent, high specification refurbishment but has retained its period detail. The welcoming reception hall leads on to a light, bright lounge area with two comfortable leather couches with a beautiful fully working fire, a dining area looking out over the front garden.

There is a separate contemporary kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave and a newly upgraded bathroom with a shower, bath tub and underfloor heating.

The apartment sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms: 2 x single beds, 1 x Double and 1 x Single.

To the rear of the property is a private, south-easterly facing terraced garden with views of Stirling Castle (on a clear day). The garden has a small decked area and also picnic bench. On street parking available.

WiFi, Sky TV, egyptian cotton linen and towels are all inclusive.

What an incredible property; fab location, easy parking, lovely personal touches and such comfortable beds! The 'luxury' tag certainly doesn't disappoint, and the owners were readily on hand to assist with minor heating issue. We had a fantastic stay here and would happily return in an instant.

great apartment very central and convenient,within walking distance of everything,bus stop right in front of apartment,railway station short walk that connects to Glasgow/ Edinburgh.Easy parking in street,apartment very comfy and clean.Strongly recommended!

The house was rented for two weeks for three men in their early 20s while their regular tenancy was being refurbished. They liked it so much they didn't want to leave! The apartment is as shown in the pictures and is, clean, tidy, welcoming and very comfortable. It's well equipped and convenient for the University. We didn't meet the hosts but the booking and check in were very efficiently handled.

추천하고 싶은 숙소 :) 일단 위치가 정말 좋구요. 넓고 쾌적한 환경이라 편안했어요~ 브릿지오브알란 역에서 걸어서 10분 정도인데 직진만 하면 되는 길목에 예쁜 가게들과 맛집이 즐비합니다~ 그리고 숙소 뒤뜰이 정말 멋져요~~^^ 근처에 Lee's House 라는 테이크아웃 중국집도 맛있고, 알란워터카페의 피쉬앤칩스는 제가 먹어본 중 제일 맛있었어요~~^^
