Spaces 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with gated entrance in OTR.

The space

High ceilings, exposed brick, spacious rooms, and plenty of natural light located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati’s hippest and most historic neighborhood!

This space is a large 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom condo located on the second floor of a three storey building and includes wi-fi, laundry, central air, and many other amenities that will provide a very comfortable stay for 4 or even more people. This space is above MOTR (a local bar and the best spot to hear free live music downtown). Each bedroom is large and private with exposed brick, hardwood floors, plenty of closet space, fire escape access and large windows with a lot of natural light. The open floor plan boasts a large living area, hardwood floors, and soaring ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all cutlery, cookware, and dishware you’ll need. Each bathroom is equipped with tile floors shower. The master bedroom’s bathroom is attached for added privacy and has a tub as well. The washer and dryer are located right outside the front door in a shared hallway, which are free for guests. A gated entrance and a shared common area patio and propane grill will make your stay complete.

The condo is just a stone’s throw away from the best restaurants/bars, parks, breweries and historical sites in Cincinnati (Findlay Market, Music Hall, Union Terminal - Cincinnati’s History Museum, and Washington Park just to name a few). Not to mention it’s only a 15 minute walk (less than one mile) to both the Cincinnati Convention Center and Great American Ballpark; home of the 2015 All Star festivities. If walking isn’t your thing, there is a Red Bike (Cincinnati’s Bicycle Sharing) rental kiosk a half block down the street.

Guest access

There is a gated entrance to the condos. You will be provided with both a key and an access code for the entrance.

This is a nice place that offers all the amenities mentioned in the description. The space is large and well maintained, and Chris did a good job of providing information leading up to our stay and as we got settled in to allow everything to go smoothly. The Over The Rhine neighborhood is cool but definitely eclectic, so you'll find hipster t-shirt shops and espresso bars but also homeless people and the occasional vomit on the sidewalk. None of this really bothered me; in fact, having never been to Cincinnati I was surprised and impressed by its diversity. I always felt safe and comfortable walking anywhere in the neighborhood. But anyone looking for a sanitized suburban experience would want to look elsewhere. My only real complaint was the noise from the bar below on the Saturday night of our stay. A band played that night and the music was impossible to escape, then the noise from the crowd in the bar's patio continued into the wee hours. On the two other nights we were there it was not a problem at all. But definitely something to be aware of.
