We contacted Kurt few days only before going to Vancouver and were very pleased to find someome who accommodate us so nicely. He and his family are lovely and we were impressed by his French, bravo! We were cold after a long wet day out in Vancouver and Kurt offered us a heating unit, he was such welcoming and paying attention to our needs. We unfortunately need to highlight that the house can be noisy with kids upstairs however it didn't bother us as we all slept well, even our 2 1/2 daughter. Thank you again, we will definitively think about you when going back to Vancouver!

Did not get to meet Kurt during my short stay but the house was nice and clean when I arrived. He also left some snacks and tea on the counter for my friends and I to enjoy. The house came with extra blankets, and several utilities and made the stay homey. Overall, I would recommend this home for your next visit to Vancouver.

Mr. Kurt and family were very kind, I had chosen this house as with no carpets and they wanted no smoking guest. I'm very alergic to dust and I had remarked it. At my arrival at 2pm he showed us our suite. Very basic but what I really needed was just a clean flat. Preparing our beds (2 single ones that they offered to put close) there was a huge spider of 7cm diameter. They were very nice to help us catch it. There were 2 holes in the wardrobe, so probably it came from there. Kurt had scotch taped one and later on I did the second, as it was left behind and I didn't want any other surprise. In the shower there was a used shower cap and shampoo with hair hanging from them. The bathroom windows was open. As soon as I closed it you could smell a very strong smell of sigarette. My daughter of 9 years old had to sleep on the futon, a couch, in the living room and they told us they will prepare the sheets. Before going for a ride outside I ve asked them if I could have again the vacuum cleaner as right in front of the futon there was dirt on the floors and crumbs under the blanket. When we came home after 4 hours around 7.30 pm the sheets were still not in the room. I ve asked them again, but his wife was not home. At 9.30 we were so tired so I text him again telling him we wanted to go to bed and after a couple of minutes I was given a brand new pack of sheets, still in the selling box., not washed, so for me too smelly of dust. I've put on top of them and of the pillows our sarongs, so we could manage to go to sleep. We were so tired but still Kurt's 3 small children were up playing with something like hard balls on the floors or everytime they used their bathroom it was like they were just in our room. I have to say that the following day things were better. We didn't have a chance to see them again after our first day. This was our first experience with airbnb and have to say that at first I was just so frustated. I suggest them to take a little bit more care about the cleaning and have everything prepared at the arrival of their future guests.

완전 친절함. 시내에서 45분 거리임. 버스로. 조금 멀지만 괜찮음. He was nice. But house is little bit far from downtown. But there is a bus to go downtown. So It's not problem.
