With two twin airbeds, and tons of sheets, blankets, pillows, etc, can sleep six. Short walk to shops, coffee, markets, restaurants, nightlife, State Theater and Cross Arena. Off-street parking, patio A/C, wi-fi, washer/dryer.

Amazing number of books, DVDs, CDs, vinyls. Fully equipped and supplied kitchen, large living room with piano, close to good breakfast and lunch spots

This apartment is meticulously decorated, in fact it almost feels more like it is curated than decorated. Quite fun to look at all of the neat artifacts. The apartment itself is situated on a quiet street but within walking distance to lots of great neighborhoods. It is a spacious 1 bedroom that a group of 5 girls didn't feel too cramped to stay in together for the weekend. Would definitely recommend!

What a sweet place. I had a great stay and found everything I needed plus more - full kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer, wifi, French press, etc.- all really nice to have. The place is on a quiet street of lovely older homes full of character, and I heard no noise at all from neighbors - but it's still an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, markets. If you can, bring your bikes - for me it made it easy to tool around town, to market, to conference, to get takeout, to see various parks and try out trails. I highly recommend this place. John was a great host - answered all my questions promptly. PS. I really enjoyed John's album collection.

The apartment is great and as pictured. We enjoyed the record collection quite a bit. Lots of great food options within an easy walk. Off street parking was definitely a plus!

Perfect for our group of 4. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, long-ish walk or short cab to downtown. Beautiful home and very clean. All the amenities we needed and John was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
