Currently renovated and remodelled in September 2016, this house offers the best of architecture, modern luxury and lots of space to enjoy the incredible view over the Manasota Bay. Hanging out by the pool and watching the boats passing by, or enjoying incredible sunsets from the master bedroom balcony are just some of the highlights this house offers.
Access to the beach is right in front of you as you cross the bridge, which you will see about a hundred yards to the south of the house. There are lots of parking opportunities if you want to drive – just drive 100 yards back to the Alamander Avenue and turn right and then right again onto Manasota Beach Road. If you decide to walk or go by bike, then turn right down on Lemon Avenue. The road itself is a dead end, but you can get through by foot or bike to Manasota Beach Road.
There is a telephone at the house and you can make local calls and freephone calls. The number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). If you need to make international calls then we would suggest you'd purchase an international telephone card from Publix or Wal-Mart. There is a telephone answering service which is explained in more detail later in the welcome book. To dial any number you have to put a 1 in front of the area code, ie 1 941
There are two air conditioning thermostats, one in the downstairs TV area and one in the master bedroom. The best setting is about 73 -76 degrees.
The house has wooden floors in the bedrooms and stone tiles in the living area, which helps keeping the house cool. Watch out and be careful if you’re coming back into the house from the pool as the floors might be slippery if you have wet feet. There are mats for you to use in the kitchen area.
There are lots of brightly coloured towels for you to use around the pool and at the beach. The white, cream and pale green towels are for the use in bathrooms only. 3 hairdryers are provided as well.
There is a selection of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and bikes for your use which are stored in the garage.

Other things to note
Check in time starts at 4pm on the day of arrival.
We are always sad to see you leave, but check out time is 10am and we kindly ask you leave all dirty linen and towels in the utility room, in order to facilitate the cleaning process. This enables us to save time changing bed sheets that have not been used. We would be very grateful if you could set off the first load of washing, to facilitate the work for Kay, who cleans the house for us, thank you very much, your help is kindly appreciated.

Fessler Avenue is a very nice and peaceful residential neighborhood.- no carries on night so we ask no loud music, swimming in the pool and also refrain from making loud noise on the deck after 10 pm.
Please drive cars slowly down the lane.
No fireworks permitted.
Garbage Containers need to go out to end of driveway on Thursday night and under the carport after collection on Friday morning.
No glasses and food on the pool deck.

If you leave the house in messy condition, the cleaning fee will cost an additional 150 USD.

Loving the beaches and the sun there is no better place to relax and enjoy than Manasota Key. Love to play tennis and make every kind of sport, running in the morning after the surise among the Manasota Key or to make a bicycle ride to the stump pass state park. LIving in Florida is living in paradise.
