Place was just as described. Easy arrival/departure instructions. Neighborhood was great, close to many conveniences, but not too close to the major roadways. Made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Uber to/from downtown was really inexpensive.

The host was very hospitable. Bret and Niki were very helpful in their description of how to stay in their (arming security alarm, etc.). I had virtually no confusion about anything. They were available whenever we had questions. And their home is really nice and cozy.

Bret's place was so perfect for our trip to Phoenix. First of all the house was awesome. They really did a great job renovating this historic house and the decorations were spot on. There were a few of us staying there for a wedding and we all felt comfortable the entire time. We had no problems at all with check-in and check-out. All of Bret's instruction were clear and easy to follow. I can't say enough about the location. Loved the historic neighborhood and it is so centrally located. Super close to downtown and even walkable if you don't mind a little exercise. We were also really close to tons of cool restaurants and shops on 7th St. There was even a Safeway right down the street, which is hard to come by in this area. Overall, our stay here was such a joy. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Thanks so much Bret!

This newly renovated historic house was just perfect for our trip to Phoenix! It is a quick drive to downtown, so well-located for exploring fun restaurants and bars. The house was clean, comfortable, and inviting! We will definitely be in touch with Bret again next time we visit!

Beautifully remodeled historic home in downtown Phoenix. Plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen. Bret and his wife made it very easy for us to check in and out. We appreciated the guest book with suggestions of things to see and places to eat nearby. Great stay and would stay again!

Bret's home was wonderful for an overnight stop in Phoenix on my road trip. I arrived midday and walked in to a much welcomed air-conditioned space (it was 108 outside!). It's very tastefully decorated and roomy as well. While I was only there for a short time, I was very glad I picked Bret's home!

Bret was the perfect host, especially for our first experience. He's extremely responsive and quick to answer questions. His home is beautiful and most importantly clean. It's located in a good area with such easy access to downtown. Would definitely recommend especially if you have plans in the downtown area!
