This 2 bedroom, very modern apartment is just a stone's throw from Clapham Junction Station, which provides very frequent trains to Victoria and Waterloo. 850 sq ft, it's spacious and provides plenty of room for up to four adults.

It also boasts a lovely, south-facing garden, perfect for a sunny day. In addition to being so close to Clapham Junction, regular buses run from the bottom of the road, meaning getting around and exploring the wonders of London couldn't be easier!

Great apartment just a minute away from train station. Communication was fantastic and Mark was really helpful, would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the outside patio. London noise in the backgroud but in a way a nice quite haven in the city. Good beds an bathroom. Spacious living kitchen with big screen TV and Netflix. The kitchen could be better equipped, for people who like to prepare their own meals like us. On arrival the house was not cleaned. Mark couldn't be reached, so had to deal with a rental service. It took time and was annoying, but in the end we had a nice and clean stay.

Mark was the perfect host. From the moments after making our reservations Mark got in contact with all the details and his attentiveness continued throughout our stay. The flat was very easy to find, literally a few moments from the station. The street was quiet but only a two minute walk from the high street with plenty of cafes & restaurants. We had a great stay at Marks.

We booked Mark's place to reunite with friends in London. The location was excellent for our arrival into London at Clapham Junction. Shops, bars and amazing restaurants are available within minutes from this property. We hadn't intended to stay locally all weekend but the weather was lovely and we had all that we needed in the local area. Mark was a great host and recommended a great restaurant prior to our arrival. The flat was clean and spacious and it really helped to have items such as towels available. We were two friends meeting up and so it was great to have a property with a double bed for each of us.

Well appointed property in close proximity to railway station. However, was very disappointed in the poor presentation of the accommodation, which had been poorly maintained and only superficially cleaned (surfaces and bed linen etc). There was an unpleasant smell, TV not working and washing machine door broken. Sofa badly stained, dusty and cobwebs. Noise from neighbours due to paper-thin walls. Disappointed by response by host, Would not recommend.

This guest threatened to leave this poor review in exchange for money. These issues were not alerted to me during the stay, had they been I would have sent a cleaner immediately. I feel that this guest has deliberately extorted me on this occasion. Please see other reviews to show that this property is well maintained and liked by guests.

Mark was very helpful even while in another country with helping with any questions we had. The flat is in an excellent location and the flat is very large and having the outside terrace helps. Would definitely recommend this flat to anyone wanting a nice place to stay while visiting London
