The space
50 Sqm guest house fully renovated in 2022.
We offer a full kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1-bedroom accommodation.

The living and second lounge space open out to a 28sqm covered deck that is north facing for optimum sun and an aspect overlooking the lavender field. The master bedroom has a west facing private deck that catches all the afternoon and evening sun.

Rooms are configured- Master bedroom -Queen Double.

Guest access
The Guest house is free standing and independent of the private residence.

Access is via a separate/ private driveway alongside the lavender field with parking adjacent to the guest house.

Guests can come and stay entirely independently.

Other things to note
We are a working lavender farm rural place on 3 1/2 acres. Thats means we move around the property to maintain and do jobs.

However, we will always respect your space and privacy.

We also maintain our own private areas around the main house but are always available for any questions or queries.

We do have a farm dog. She is more into company than work so enjoys visitors who like to visit with her as she mostly moves freely around the property. She does have a kennel if needed!

Located on a 3 1/2-acre rural property the guest house is north facing with a view out toward the lavender field.

There is a guest driveway access separate to the house driveway past the lavender with parking adjacent to the guest house.

Peake road is a perfect mix of rural living with city convenience. It is minutes to central Cambridge, or onto the new expressway to Hamilton.

We are 1 km from the Grassroots Velodrome, the Bikery or Clementine Cafe with easy access to the Waikato network of cycleways, lakes or whichever direction you need to go.

The neighborhood is safe and welcoming, and the guest house is located well off the main road, is private without traffic noise and disturbance.
