Matteo& Sara were the most welcome and gracious hosts. Very friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The flat is quirky, exciting and beautiful- it's clear a lot of love has gone into its design. Location is easy with central Pisa a short walk along the canal.

We found the house really precious, outstanding decoration. Very comfortable, very clean. Sara received us very warmly, on time, showed us the working of things around the house. Everything is set to help the guest, lots of advices, maps, very well thought, bikes available, ..., you can see they have experience. Sara called us several days in advance to have food ready for us. I found very nice to have wine to buy available in the house. House is within walking distance from center. We would prefer the house to be located in other area because we didnt really like the area but that is personal. Parking is now under payment but we found some free spots close to the house. All these things we are writing can be solved by the owner but we think is good to say: -it would be good if wifi wasn't a mobile device because we couldnt really connect. -we hope washing machine is soon fixed or at least they warn guests in advance. It was our seventh day of the trip and we were planning on washing some clothes we needed and by the time we found the note about the washing machine not working it was almost the day we were leaving. -the downstairs bathroom is kind of noisy. In that bathroom the tap doesnt work very well so it is easy that you leave it opened and water runs over to the floor. There is a note by the tap telling you to be careful but it is hard to realize it is open because of the design of the tap.

Matteo & Sara's place was just as described - yet even better. We loved the nostalgic feel with the layout, beautiful artwork, and the records & record player: we listened to Saturday Night Fever soundtrack, Santana & The Doors. What a great collection! We dined at Ristorante El Toscano's - as recommended by Matteo & Sara and what a delicious treat! Our stay was too short - but what a beautiful city Pisa is! We'd stay here again!
