We had a little problem with the communication as the host could not make it for the arranged time to give us the keys and could not communicate this change on time. As a result we arrived in front the place, where there was no one to meet us, could not reach the host on the phone and no one was answering the bell. This kind of freaked us out, but after 30 minutes we received a phone call from Gill, there was a friend of hers to give us the keys and it was all OK in the end. Despite this little inconvenience with the arrival, the apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you may need. The location is very comfortable for exploring the city, bus stop nearby, the underground is about 10 minutes walk, perfect for sightseeing. There are a lot of shops and ethnic restaurants in the area that can offer quality and delicious food. In the end of our stay we could leave our luggage later that the check-out time as we had a late flight and wanted to explore the city some more. In conclusion our stay was pleasant and we would stay here again.

We were welcomed and given a thorough overview of house and the attractions in the area. Great hosts!! Happy to go back again!! We left our passports at the apartment and they were shipped to us without any issue - great service!!!!

Host was amazing, met us directly with two sets of keys (essential!) and walked us through all the details of the apartment. And super quiet location! Plus there were all the extras to greet us: two bottles of wine, Ferrero Rocher and juice in the fridge for the kids. What more could we ask for!?

Great apartment, clean and had everything we needed. Location was also ideal as just a 10 min walk from Bethnal Green tube station. Would stay again!
