The accommodation starts at 14:00 and ends at 11:00. Extension of stay is made if space is available after prior notification and involves charging for the service.

I reserve the right to remove the Client during his stay if his behavior has violated the rules or otherwise violated the rules of social coexistence. Your stay is not refundable.
The apartment is strictly prohibited from smoking and lighting candles. A non-smoking customer agrees to charge $ 600 to cover the cost of washing curtains and curtains and refreshing other decorations in the suite.
Apartment security - Clients are obliged to properly secure the apartment: close the door and windows at all times when leaving it and carefully store the transferred keys, codes or access cards, pilots, etc., without access to them by outsiders.
Should you lose your keys, access card or remote control, you should immediately notify the Owner. At the same time, the Client agrees to charge PLN 300 for each lost item indicated in this section.
Caring for the apartment - The client is obliged to operate the apartment according to his / her purpose, not to remove from the apartment any elements of his furnishings and decoration, as well as undertake not to copy the completed keys or apartment access cards. Please turn off unnecessary lighting, turn off the water, and not hang up the information hung on the door of the apartment.
Night silence is valid from 22:00 to 06:00.
Organizing social events in the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of intervention by the Police or City Guard we can impose a penalty fee of PLN 600 on the Customer. Visitors are requested to leave the apartment before 6 pm. 22:00.
Liability for damages - The customer bears the financial responsibility for the damage or destruction of the property located in the accommodation and the loss of the equipment of the apartment. The Client is liable for all damages resulting from the behavior of third parties staying with him in the apartment. At the same time, the Client agrees to pay compensation equal to the loss incurred.
An earlier departure of the Client, for reasons beyond our control, does not entitle him / her to claim a refund for the unused stay.
The customer leaves the apartment after checking the technical condition of the facility and passing the keys, cards or access control cards to the apartment, building and garage.
Leaving the apartment without return of keys, cards or access control pilots is the basis for charging the Client with the amount of PLN 300 for each unreturned item indicated in this point.
Items left by the Client in the apartment can be returned after the departure by mail to the indicated address at the Client's expense. In the event of non-recovery of the Customer's instructions regarding the things left, they will be kept for 14 days from the date of departure.
We shall not be liable for loss of or damage to valuable belongings belonging to the Customer left at the place of accommodation.
