Welcome! Our cute semi-detached house sits directly across from a parkette on a beautiful, tree-lined street in sought-after, art-happy, family-friendly neighbourhood. Walk 8 mins to trendy shops, organic groceries, great cafes and restaurants in the Junction and 12 mins to boutiques and conveniences of Bloor West Village; 20 min walk to High Park, and an easy bike ride to great trails of the Humber Valley. Excellent transit access: bus stop at the end of the street and 3 min bus to the subway.
Our semi-detached house has 2 floors a finished basement and yard. The top floor features: a spa-like bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower, a master bedroom with brand-new, top of the line mattress and a nursery with a crib and change table. The main floor includes the living room, dining room, newly renovated kitchen, small sunroom/workspace and access to the yard. The finished basement includes a small rec area with tv, extra bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room.
Interaction with guests
We will only be available by email during your stay but a family member or friend will be available to welcome you and help you settle in.
Other things to note
We also speak Japanese and French! Let us know if we can help!
- Because we have a toddler, we ask that you kindly take your shoes off in the house.
- Since this is our home and we rent it out while away, we will not be personally available to meet you and show you around. However, we will be easily reachable by email.
- The kitchen is stocked with all of the food basics and more! We just ask that you replace what you use. Our neighbourhood is safe and very child-friendly. At present, however, the sleeping arrangements may not be ideal for a child who is too big for a crib and too small for a double bed as the 3rd bedroom is 2floors away from the main bedroom. Because of the number of young children on the street and proximity of the houses, our neighbourhood is quiet at night and we ask our guests to be respectful of that. We kindly ask that guests take their shoes off in the house. Street parking is available by city permit (to be purchased online).

My husband and I work in the arts and education. We have lived and travelled throughout much of the world...and continue to adventure with our 1.5yr old! As guests, we treat your place like we would our own: with exceptional care. As hosts, we love our city and welcome you to enjoy our great place while we visit friends and family abroad.
