Love the sound of crickets at night. Though Ana and her family is not in Bali during our stay, she still make sure that everything in Villa works fine.

Ana and Thierry are both incredible and fantastic hosts! I could not fault their kindness and assistance and advice with helping us get around with endless tips of where to go, what to do and what to avoid etc. They both went above and beyond their duty to make all 4 of us feel so welcome. Their son, Benjamin (only 3 weeks old) was an absolute pleasure to spend time with especially for my 2 daughters who adored him! Ana cooked us breakfast everyday and also a fantastic and tasty lunch with spicy catfish. We would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. The location worked perfectly for us since we didn't want to be too close to Ubud but also not too far way and waking up every morning within the rice paddies was a treat! The only issue we had was with some of the plumbing but this is so insignificant that it is completely outweighed by the positives and Thierry was straight onto it. Many many thanks!

We understand that being in another country for a short period of time can be overwhelming, and as we live in Ubud, we can help our hosts with unfortunate events that can happen. It s for this reason that we have often a mobile phone available for our guests to take with them during their daily activities. We are only a phone call away to help you with what ever you may need. All the best Ana

The house is in a peaceful location and quite near from the major attractions in Ubud. Ana and Thierry were amazing hosts. Very helpful and polite and patient with everything. They arranged scooters for us at the house before we even arrived. The lunch Ana made for us was delicious! The house is well maintained and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Looks exactly like the pics. There is only one bathroom for both bedrooms but that wasn't a problem for us.

Ana and Thierry are welcoming. + : Thierry speaks French. Ana is a good cook. House is nice. -: no air conditioning in the room! No blinds as well. You better be an insect lover because windows needs to be open to have some fresh air. Thierry provides services such as drop off and pick ups but prices are too expensive compare to local labor.

Hi Thibaud. Thanks for your honest feedback. We will take measure to solve this issue. Unfortunately we have been experiencing higher than usual heat in Ubud, which is usually known for its cooler temperature than in the south. We usually do not have this kind of complain as the 6 above-windows openings with their mosquitoes nets prevent insects to come in the bedroom. In your case I understand that the ceiling fan were not enough to keep you cool and you had to open the windows. I m wondering if the mosquitoes nets around the beds did provide you protection ? We are planning for the next hot season to install air con once we upgrade the electricity meter. Regards Ana

We arrived late by 10pm and Terry was waiting for us to receive. We felt at home away from home. The place was very cosy and very much as was posted. Children loved the place. The whole day there were going up and down running around the host. We regret why we could not stay here more. During breakfast we were able to learn and share so much. The green paddy fields - the cocks doodle from early morning and sunlight gave immense joy within
