House Rules

This property is a condominium so renters should bring their own sheets. If you forget, you can rent sheets from the rental company.

General Rules

Please respect the privacy of others. Keep noise to a minimum, especially after dark.
Please do not let children play in the elevator or in the parking lot
Boats and other water craft are not permitted to be parked in the parking area.
Boat trailers, RV's or trailers of any description are not permitted in the condominium parking lot.
Bicycles should be stored on the first floor underneath the stairwells or in the parking lot. Do not block halls or walkways. No bicycles are allowed on the pool deck.
Trash is to be placed in the outside dumpster located on the western side of the parking lot.
Remember to bring your trash from the beach area.
All units are non-smoking. All smoking is to be done outside, but don't throw cigarette butts (tobacco products) in the flower beds, yard or walkways. Receptacles are provided at all elevator doors and at each end of the pool deck.
Do not hang beach towels, clothing, etc. from the condominiums balconies.
Do not walk or play in the sand dunes in front of the pool, and especially do not pick the sea oats!
Sorry...pets are not allowed.
Pool Rules
The pool is open from 9AM to 10PM
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Please shower and use the foot bath provided before entering the pool.
No large toys are allowed in the pool.
Horse play, running on the pool deck, and diving in the pool are not permitted.
No glass containers allowed in or around the pool.
Do not remove pool furniture from pool deck.
Do not leave toys, towels, floats or other personal property in the pool area or on the condominium grounds.

Strict

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
