New 50 m² apartment in a family house finished in July 2015. All furniture, rooms and bathrooms are fresh and newly decorated.

The space
Apartment Krka is on the 1st floor. It consists of 2 covered terraces, bathroom, living room with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One with double bed, large closet, 2 night tables, night lamps and exit to the 20 m² terrace. Other one with 2 bunk beds and exit to other smaller 10 m² terrace for morning coffee and enjoying in sunrise. Bathroom has shower cabin with shower rose to give you maximum relaxation, basket for dirty laundry, beautiful 75 cm wide sink with big mirror and the toilet + towels for all guests. Both terraces are connected with the living room with the kitchen included where you can find big comfortable corner sofa (which can be used as extra bed if needed) and a large flat screen LED SAT TV. Big terrace has 200 cm long wooden table, 6 adjustable chairs with pillows and wooden deck chair. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, cups and glasses, microwave oven, classic oven, mixer, blender, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. In an apartment there is a water cooler/heater Aquaviva.

Come and enjoy in house 100 m from main square and 700 m from the see.

Zadar county is really amazing! It has the smallest cathedral in the world dating from the middle Ages, the traditions of one of the oldest universities in Europe to the newly built and world famous Sea Organ. The region attracts attention with numerous particularities and unique attractions. Localities of the crowning of kings, appearance of the first Croatian novel and newspaper, city water system dating from the Roman emperor Trajan, the first electricity system in the region only 11 years after New York, Zadar Maraschino, a liqueur made according to the recipe of the Dominicans dating from the 16th century … and so much more.

Bibinje (4.000 inhabitants) is situated southeast from the historical city Zadar, between the Adriatic tourist road and the sea, having a four kilometer coast with beaches and pathways. The name Bibano/Bibanum dates as far back as the 11th century. The population always deponded on agriculture and cattle breeding, followed by the fishing trade in more recent times. Tourism dates back to the middle of the 20th century.

There is a marina in the Bibinje areal called Dalmacija, with various facilities. It's area is about 70,000 m2, and it is th largest Adriatic marina with 1,400 berths.

Depending on your needs, Bibinje offers more than 1000 registered rooms and apartments with 4.000 beds. There are 10 camps to be chosen from, all of them situated only a few meters away from the sea. Local restaurants offer special dishes of the region, there are cafes, small shops, a self-service shop in the town center, a repair shop for motor vehicles and boat engines. There is a post office with money exchange office, a kindergarten, a general pactice clinic, a dentist's office, a drugstore.

All necessary information you can get in the Bibinje Tourist office. There is a very interesting ethnogaphic collection in the town museum, and sacral 15th century exhibits in the John the Baptist's Church. There are five Catholic chuches in Bibinje. Two are open for the religions activiteis: the St. Rok Church (St. Rok is the protector of Bibinje), built in the 16 th century, and the newly built Assumption of the virgin Mary Church completed in 1984.

Our family name is Kosalec. We are from Zagreb and this is our weekend cottage opened for you also. Land was bought in 2002 from one local family. In 2012 we started and finished "rohbau". Garage became our place to stay and relax. We turned it into small studio apartment.

Nikolina and me (Vedran) are married since 2014. Our little girl Rita was born in 01/2016 and Luka in 08/2019. My sister (Ines) and Šimo are married since Valentine's Day in 2015 (yes, special date for wedding :D <3). They now have 3 little girls, Helena (11/2015), Korina (12/2016) and Tena (01/2019). The amount of happiness in our lives cannot be explained. If you have kids, you know what we are talking about :). Our parents (Jasminka and Ranko) will soon go into well-deserved retirement.

All of this was motivation to finish the house so that all of us can come with our families and friends and relax enjoying in our beautiful Adriatic seaside. All the finalization work was done from January to July 2015. Ranko and Daniel (Nikolina's brother) by themselves did almost everything you will see. Neighbors (especially Pere and Branko) and our family friend Kruno also helped us a lot. Their openness and willingness to help is remarkable. Without them we could never finish everything before summer 2015. If you live in house you know that there is always something to improve and to add new things. That is also the case here in our house. House is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. If something is missing or broken or not working, please tell us immediately and we will make it right. We really want that you have everything you need during your stay.

As we also love traveling, experiencing new places and relaxing on the sun, we decided to welcome you in our home so you can experience and enjoy in Croatia’s beauty too.
