Newly built 2 bedroom condo in trendy Queen West, opposite the renowned Gladstone and Drake hotels. Convenient, 24H public transport with, cafes, bars, shops, galleries, & restaurants at your finger tips. Fast Wifi, cable tv and unbelievable views.
2 bedroom, modern chic design. The bedroom is located at the rear of the condo, making for peaceful sleeps and sleep-ins. The bed can configure into two Twins or one King (please advise prior to arrival). The mattresses are new memory foam matresses with Egyptian cotton sheets. The condo is cozy, bright and uncluttered, with private 3 piece bathroom, and shared kitchen and living room. Antique accents and all up-cycled remodelled furniture. Last but not least the view is breathtaking. East facing balcony provides the entire Toronto Skyline from Lake Ontario to Vaughan and as far south as Niagara Falls (across the lake). Makes for outstanding sunrises, if you don't mind an early morning.
You will have full access to the condo minus the master bedroom area.
Please understand this is a shared space and to utilise it as one. Please make yourself at home but also take care of it as it were your home. Many of my interior furnishings are originals and irreplaceable, making for a unique look.
As this is a condo building noise should be kept to a minimum at late hours, NO parties or gatherings.
No throwing anything of any kind over the balcony.
This is a non smoking unit. Please discuss areas for smoking before arrival.
The kitchen is accessible to use. However keep in mind that the stovetop is gas and to always use the fan when cooking. Should you require fridge space feel free to use the space provided but please only use your food. Toaster, kettle, blender all available for use as well as a Tassimo Coffee Machine.
I am an animal lover but please NO pets during your stay.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, but an avid traveller. My work/passion is in the marine conservation area, which has given me the opportunity to work with several different marine mega fauna, including dolphins, whales, manta rays, sea turtles and recently polar bears. My passion takes me all around the world and allowed me to lived in multiple countries including Australia and New Zealand. I'm always looking for new places to explore, however, I do love Toronto and love the opportunity to host people in my original home.
