The space

Description: Situated just meters from Wenceslas Square, Prague's main shopping and historical boulevard, and within easy walking distance of the Old Town district, the apartment is fully furnished and elegantly decorated. In the surrounding area, and naturally on the square itself, are many of the city's best bars and restaurants and during the summer many have outside seating from which to watch the world go by. For the culured visitor, the National Museum is at the top of the Square, and nearby is the State Opera.

I don't advise somebody to stay in this apartment. It was very sad experience to rent apartment Natalie. It is unacceptable behavior of a person who receives money for any services. He knew that we were waiting him in front of the house for a long time (around 1.5 hour); but he did not respond to phone calls and not call back. One man who passed us along the street called Evgeny from his phone and so Evgeny had to talk with me. The apartment was not cleaned and bed was unmade. Sofa and chair were broken; blankets and pillows were with many dirty spots. The curtains were with spots of fire. There was very cold at the apartment because the heating system operates only in living room; bathroom and kitchen are not heated. Next morning we need to ask help from the neighbors on the floor. Thanks for them we were able to go out into the street and not waste time waiting for a response from Eugene. In an unknown city, our feelings after such hospitality were very unpleasant. Thanks to other friendly residents of wonderful Prague, who helped us cope with this terrible situation.

Response from Evgeny:
I do not advise anyone to host this lady, She arrived 30 minutes earlier and imidiatly started to complain why there is no one waiting for her. When they got to the apartment she asked for 2 more pillow cover , 2 more blanket cover and an extra sheet, the apartment was set for two as she booked, I have to say that they arried at 21:00 and we could not proved the extras that late , she did not ask for it before arriving. I guess they were more then two persons staying , but payed just for couple.I can go on ......

Host was busy and his wife checked us in. The apartment is as listed. Spacious bedroom for 2 but additional 2 guests have to sleep in the living cum kitchen area. There is no wardrobe in the apartment to hang our clothes. Curtains could not totally block the rays of early morning sun. The location of this apartment is very convenient for travelers taking the trains as it is near to the main train station as well as the old town centre. We only stayed a night here to catch a night train out of Prague on the following day. The host has earlier kindly agreed to our late check out if there were no guests on the next day. But I was only notified past noon the next day that I have to check out as he had guests coming at 1pm. We had to rush back from Petrin Hill to check out and this last minute notice really ruined our program for the day.

We had a fantastic stay in Prague - this apartment is an easy walk to Wenceslas Square, Old Town and the main railroad station. Excellent bakery around the corner, small market across the street, and a small coffeehouse, too. Surprisingly quiet for being so convenient. Evgeny arranged a great pickup at the airport for us as well which helped everything go so smoothly. He is very helpful and responsive to questions as well.

A great base for exploring the city. Perfect location, being between the main railway station (where the Airport Express bus terminates) and the old town, and easy walking distance of both. Decent traditional pub on the corer of Ruzova and Jindrisska, and shops very close. Felt safe at night. Very spacious flat, in a lovely old high-ceilinged building. Clean and well-furnished enough, but don't expect luxury, or much of a view from the windows (the wall of the next building). The owner was pleasant, helpful and efficient, overall we were very satisfied and would definitely come again.

Clean, spacious apartment. Very convenient location within walking distance to train station (5 min) as well as most sites including Old Town, Charles Bridge, etc. Although many bars/restaurants nearby, very quiet and relaxing location.
