It was very nice to stay in this apartament. It's very near to the city centre. It was very nice to walk through Adelaide Road. The apartament it's very clear, luminous and confortable. The rooms are a little bit small, but it's ok if you want to rest the day out. A very nice experience.

Jean-Baptiste was very welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information we needed in advance. The place was everything we hoped it would be and he’s (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) were welcoming and helpful. This was actually my first Airbnb experience, but if this was representative for Airbnbs in general I’ll definitely be doing this a lot more in the future. The location was perfect, really close to the main street for nightlife and walking distance to pretty much everything, but still in a somewhat secluded area.

This was a great place to stay in Dublin. We alternated between walking to the center, which took about 25 minutes, or renting bikes from the nearby Coca-Cola dublinbikes station, which actually ended up being our preferred mode for getting around the city. Although we didn't meet him, Jean-Baptiste left us very detailed instructions for picking up the keys. I definitely recommend printing them out though. We were very comfortable in our room, although the walls did seem a bit thin sometimes. Fortunately, we're heavy sleepers! The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean, as was the rest of the apartment. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking for a nice, clean, and safe place to stay and don't mind sharing the common areas with other guests.

The stay in Jean's place is very nice. Jean gave a very clear note that contains everything we need to know about the house and Dublin City! The house is 5-10 min walk to St. Steven Green, and there are bus going to city center 3 min walk away home. We get nearly everything we need in the house. But the room seems a little bit small since we were carrying a lot of stuff. Thanks to Jeans warm welcome and the perfect room!

Jean-Baptiste was a great host despite not being physically present. He was very responsive on airbnb and was quick to answer any questions we had. He has a really convenient system for key delivery that allows for 24/7 check in. Photos give an accurate description of the apartment which is very cozy and comfortable. The WiFi was fast and worked great the whole time. Jean also provided lots of tourist brochures and maps on our arrival which helped us on our way. The room itself is a double bed with a dresser with a few cubbies for clothes. You can also make use of a large bay window sill for additional storage if you need it. The location is extremely convenient, a quick walk up Leeson St puts you near St Stephen's Green and some great shopping areas. A few minutes more and you're in city centre. There's also some great coffee shops on the way up Leeson st to grab a morning coffee. If you're looking for a local pub - a quick walk south across the canal puts you near Leeson Lounge and there's a Spar convenience / grocery shopping. There's also several very nice restaurants in that area as well for a nice sit down dinner or lunch. The apartment is three rooms in total - each room hosted separately so you're likely to be sharing the apartment with other guests. It's great to have other guests to socialize with so I particularly recommend this for any solo travelers. We had a great stay and I would stay again. I highly recommend this for any one looking for 24/7 check in and convenient access to Dublin.

Hi Stephen, I am more than grateful of your very relevant contribution. It's thanks to people like you that hosts can improve the way they welcome their guests. It will also help future travelers to have a perfect idea of what to expect if they want to come home :) I'll integrate the washing machine instructions as well as including a message inside the lockbox. Many thanks again for everything, and have a safe trip back ! jb
