Il Ghiro is the oldest part of the farmhouse, dating back to the 11th century.
It is now a self-contained two bedroom apartment with its own entrance and covered porch. The apartment has two large double bedrooms, each with ensuite bath, and a well equipped kitchen in a lovely living room with a large ancient fireplace. Truly a taste of old Tuscany!

Guests are always invited to use the main garden and its terrace where there are deck chairs for sun bathing and relaxing.
Adine village is 6 kms away from Radda in Chianti and its location is such that Tuscan historical towns like Siena, Firenze, Arezzo... can be visited very easily on daily trips.
Simonetta, the owner, is always at hand to help out with ideas for walks, bycicle and Vespa tours, plus suggestions how to get to the most interesting places, markets and typical “trattorie”.
Please note that no pubblic transportation reaches Adine village.

It is incredibly peaceful yet within easy reach of Tuscany's most important towns. Local villages such as Radda in Chianti, Castellina and Panzano, shops, weekly markets and restaurants are a short drive away on scenic country roads perfect for driving or bike riding. Walking trails, wine and olive oil tastings and visits to other local producers and artisans will ensure that your stay offers the complete Tuscan experience.
