Kauai Beach Resort set on 25 lush acres on Kauai’s longest beach and is centrally located on the east shore of Kauai, about half way between the north and south shores. It is only 3 miles away from airport.
My unit is located on 1st floor of the hotel, private lanai with ocean/pool view, just steps from the beach, pools, jacuzzis.

-4 swimming pools, including 2 lagoon pools, 75-ft lava tube slide, & kid-friendly pool with sand bottom
-Two whirlpool spas, one amidst a stone grotto and surrounded by lush ferns and an exotic waterfall
-Three restaurants offer a large variety of dining options
-Fitness center on property, use included in resort fee, use your room key to enter the facility.
-Coin-laundromat on property in Building #1.
-Beach towels are available free of charge at the pool hut and towels may be exchanged every day, just show "towel key" provided upon check in
-There is an outdoor shower conveniently located near jacuzzi , Thank you for rinsing off the sand before returning to your room.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM
-There is no daily maid service. Please contact me if you need mid clean, $40 full service. $15 trash removal and towel exchange.
RESORT FEES PAY NOW
- $85 check-in fee which covers keys, beach towels and access to all of the resort's facilities
- $75 check-out cleaning fee
OPTIONAL SERVICES PAY AT RESORT
- $25 per day parking fee for full valet service or self park. You must park the car at designated area, please ask front desk where to park. Otherwise, you may be charged if you park at non-designated area.

-What's the difference between my suite, renting directly from Hotel?
The difference is price and choice of room. My suite is less expensive overall. After you pay at booking, you only have to pay parking or extra maid service if you need it. The hotel charge $229 daily rate for the same kind of ocean view room plus daily resort fee ,service fee and tax.
- Is this a 1 bedroom condominium?
It is resort luxury studio but individually owned.
- Is there a kitchen?
No, just a mini fridge and coffee maker.
-Is there a resort fee?
If you book from the hotel directly, you have to pay daily resort fee $25. There is no daily resort fee If you book from me, but there is a $160 check in/out cleaning fee collected at time of booking which gives you access to the amenities and a cleaning of the room after your departure.

You check in at the resort lobby just like you would in a hotel. You will be issued a room key which gives you access to all resort amenities.

Use room key for beach towels. Failure to return beach towels results in a charge to credit card.

I- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00PM on the day Guest’s reservation begins. Upon arrival, Guest will be given the room key(s) from the concierge.
Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00AM on the day Guest’s reservation ends. Guest will be billed for any resort services which are due, such as spa services, room services, etc.
II -USE AND ENJOYMENT OF CONDO AND RESORT
Accommodations: The information in the AirBNB listing is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. Every effort has been made to assure accurate descriptions. Condo is privately owned and reflects the taste of owner. Changes in inventory or items and/or decor occur from time to time, and such changes will not void or alter the terms of this contract. Owner will not be held responsible for noise or any resort amenities that are closed for maintenance purposes.
Community rules: Guest must abide by the Kauai Beach Resort community rules.
Security of Condo and Equipment: Guest assumes full responsibility for Condo’s contents, as well as Guest’s personal property. Always lock the doors when you leave. Any use of rented equipment by the Guest’s is strictly at Guest’s own risk, liability and could cause Guest to incur additional expenses.
Minimum Age: Guest must be 21 years or older to book Condo.
Occupancy: The number of guests allowed is four. Additional guests must be disclosed and approved. Any use of the condo for other than strictly family vacation purposes may result in the termination of this contract and eviction from the premises.
Internet (WiFi in room): High speed Internet service is available through the resort, free of charge.
Cleaning: Condo will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and after your departure. The cleaning fee is paid by Guest. Excessive check-out cleaning, if necessary, will be charged to Guest’s credit card.
In-room safe: A safe is provided for Guest. Owner is not responsible for Guest’s loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.
Taxes: Daily rental rates subject to Hawaii State Taxes of GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.16% & TAT (Hotel Tax) of 9.25%.
Smoking: Condo is designated as non-smoking. Violation of this policy may result in a $500 charge by the resort.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
III - HOLD HARMLESS
Owner makes every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order. In the event of a breakdown Owner will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified. Owner cannot guarantee that spas, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, high speed access, etc. will not break down during Guest’s stay and therefore, no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. Furthermore, there will be no refunds or adjustments made for any other unexpected situation beyond Owner’s control such as bugs, rodents, roosters, frogs, or weather.
THIS CONTRACT, COMBINED WITH ANY AND ALL RESORT COMMUNITY RULES, SERVES AS THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. GUEST HEREBY WAIVES AND RELEASES ANY CLAIMS AGAINST OWNER, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICIALLY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INJURIES OR DEATH THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY GUEST ON OR NEAR OR ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE FACILITIES. GUEST AGREES TO USE THE FACILITIES ENTIRELY AT THE GUEST'S OWN INITIATIVE, RISK, AND RESPONSIBILITY. GUEST AGREES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS CONTRAACT, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS.
