In the quiet part of the colorful 8th district lies the town house with large double room and a private garden to enjoy outdoors. The room opens to a landmark church.
15 mins to the centre on metro & good public transport all day & night.
The building is an old fashioned civil servants house build in the late 19th century and has been owned by the same family for more than three generations. The neighbourhood is quiet and next to big parks like Orczy and Nepliget and close to the landmarks like the city and Jewish cemetery.
The guests can access all parts of the flat including living space, kitchen etc. There is a laundry room that is also accessible. Next to the house is a little grocery story which is open till late.
Interaction with guests
I will be available for interaction and if guests need any help if I am in town.
Other things to note
The beautiful church rings its bells a few times a day. It is at random time during the day at the hour!
There is a bistro in the building which is training people to make coffee and during daytime there are people in the backyard smoking or chatting.
Pets are allowed in the backyard and garden.
The rules are pretty relaxed. Just a few things to remember
a) To be quiet when outside after 10pm.
b) It is only allowed to smoke outdoors.
c) Bring your character to the house and blend into it!

I am a film maker living in Budapest and Brussels. I am collecting and writing stories and making those stories into films. I hope to find interesting stories weaving magic and charm, humor and wit and all idiosyncrasies of life.
I would love to have hosts and to be able to share the place and knowledge I accumulate on my journey. At the same time, I enjoy being a guest to share ideas and places that matter to people.
Music makes the moment complete by the way!
