This place is all about the location. Streetcar stops right outside and it gets you downtown in 20 minutes. You can also walk it in 30 min. or so. The building itself is gorgeous. 24 front desk, gym, rooftop area, and very well maintained as a whole. Nearby there is a Starbucks, Grocery store, Subway, ATM, Pizza Nova, Shoppers Drug Mart, and quite a few others. I found the apartment minimalist but satisfactory. You can mostly get by with what's provided, depending on the length of your stay. There is a washer-dryer combo in the unit which worked very well. You will need your own detergent. Communication during the stay was average - it seemed like there was an issue around receiving messages through Airbnb. I requested additional bedding during my eight week stay, which was agreed but never provided. I ultimately had to turn the heat up quite high to stay warm on colder, Autumn nights. Overall though, you can't go wrong staying here due to the location and the quality of the building.
