Enjoyed the stay but it is not University City. It is a 40min walk to the campus. But the apartement is great!

Nate and Hannah’s place was lovely. Very comfortable and in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Philly.

I stayed at Nate and Hannah's place for three months, visiting Villanova university for a project. The place was amazing with warm atmosphere and great touches from the owners! The guys were really helpful and accommodating with everything I needed! Great experience!
