Great location, Leo was super helpful and gave us amazing recommendations for the area. Apartment was fantastic... just as the description said, we LOVED our stay in the beautifully decorated accomodation, in beautiful Rome!

We spent almost ten days in this apartment in December. The apartment is a perfect base to explore by foot or with the nearby public transport the whole city. Although the apartment is located in the busy and in the evening very populated area of Trastevere, it is very calm and cozy inside. We got great tips from Marco. I definitely recommend the place.

What a great apartment! Despite our late arrival Leo was there to greet us and he (or Marco) had kindly stocked up the kitchen. Clean, comfortable and stylish, Marco's apartment is also remarkably quiet, given that it's only a stone's throw from one of Trastevere's busiest. albeit mainly pedestrian, thoroughfares. In other words, it's in an ideal location, both for the buzzy ambience of the local area and for exploring the other side of the Tiber. At the end of our four day stay we were delighted to finally meet Marco, as he was putting the finishing touches to his apartment in preparation for his next visitors. We'll be back!

We received a great welcome from Marco's friend Leo, who gave us some tips on places in the area, and was very helpful. The apartment is well located in a good area, has good facilities, is comfortable and clean, with a nice food market nearby. It was a great base for our holiday, and I would recommend it - unless you are super-nervous of heights, in which case the mezzanine bedroom might not be for you!

I had a wonderful time in Marco's apartment. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has everything you need. It's in a beautiful part of Trastevere surrounded by restaurants with people sitting outside on old cobbles streets. Marco left good and drinks for me in the apartment when I arrived which was amazing. At one point the internet went down. It was a problem outside the apartment so not Marcos fault at all but he responded immediately and found another way for me to get online. All in all I can't recommend this apartment enough. One tiny point is that Trastevere is noisy at weekends till midnight but this wasn't a big deal. Marco also let me check out late. A perfect host! I hope to be back in Rome soon and would definitely stay here again.

Marco and Leo where both great. We didnt arrive til 10pm but Leo was at the apartment to meet us and gave us some very useful advice including great restaurant tips in Trastevere. Between them they responded to all my questions and emails within a very short time. The apartment was fantastic, very clean and a decent size. Marco had even left some beer, juice, salami etc for us in the fridge (thank you!) The apartment is in a great location, on a quiet street just round the corner from all the bars/restaurants, and you can walk to the Vatican/St Peters and Colosseum/Forum/Palentine etc in under half an hour. I would definitely recommend this apartment as it ticks all the boxes - hopefully one day we'll go back to Rome and we'll try and stay at Marco's again.
