We had a great stay. It could not have been nicer. We felt so at home and was the perfect size and had the perfect amenities for 2. It was cozy and secure! The location is outstanding. Close to the ferry, great restaurants and shopping. Since we were visiting our daughter who works in downtown Seattle and lives in Puyallup, it was easy access to both locations. So happy to have discovered West Seattle!

Janet's studio was incredible. It is such a lovely space that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. The fridge has a few items, the bathroom comes with great shampoo, conditioner and even has a hair dryer and curling iron if you need them. The space is quaint and so comfortable. That doesn't even include the view from just outside the home. I would definitely stay here again when coming to Seattle!

Quiet, clean and peaceful little place that's very comfortable. Love that we were outside of the city but had access to so many options, whether it be the waterfront, food, shopping or wherever else we decided to go for the day. If we have friends traveling in your direction we will highly recommend your sweet little home away from home.

Decisive Moment studio accomodations are even better than advertised. The location is just off California, not far from groceries and restaurants. The supplies provided in the studio are generous, and our host provided a warm welcome as well as a quick response to our lightbulb request. The combination lock on the door was one of the best we've encountered. -- very easy to lock and unlock. All in all, a very comfortable place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is in a convenient location, private, with easy access to public transportation. We would consider it again if in the area.

Janet's space is wonderfully relaxing. It is in West Seattle so a little further from downtown but that's exactly what we were looking for. Close to public transportation. Janet kept us in the loop the whole time! Would recommend and hope to visit again :)

Janet User ProfileJanet is a superhost.

We transplanted from New York a couple years ago and landed happily in West Seattle. I am a teacher, Steve is a Creative Director and Esme and Stephen are middle schoolers. Noche is our adorable dog. We are audiophiles and movie freaks and gardeners and gamers and cooks and readers. Outdoorsy pursuits aren't too bad, either, and we spend a lot of time in Lincoln Park and at Alki Beach to get our fix if we cannot make it to the mountains.
We like to travel at out of the way times to out of the way places and always look for the very best food and hidden gems and as many animals as we can spot. We've taken weeks long road trips to National Parks and lived for 3 months in Costa Rica a couple years ago. We have lots of the PNW to explore yet.
