A stunning location for basing your French holiday, complete with 14m luxury pool, beautiful rose garden, two kitchens, a large lounge and outdoor terrace for relaxing together at the end of the day after exploring the region.
Our stunning farmhouse was completely renovated by the resident architect in 2008. With clean, contemporary lines, the open plan farmhouse boasts two state of the art kitchens, a large lounge with chimney, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with rainforest shower and corner bathtubs . To complete the stunning arena, the farmhouse has a 14 metre swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees.
There are two gites on the property that are rented separately, so if your group is large, we can build them into the price.
Guests can enjoy the 14m swimming pool, landscaped gardens and surrounding land with hiking trails.
Interaction with guests
We open up the house for you on arrival and are there on checking out. An info pack is left for guests to get to know the house and discover excursions in the region.
Other things to note
There are two gites on the property that are rented separately and have access to the pool and gardens but are positioned discreetly so that each property has privacy from the other.
If you would like not to share with other guests, please inform us at the time of booking. We will block them to prevent date clash and they will be locked from use. If you would like to use them, we will offer a discounted price to your booking.
These rules have been updated to this level as we have had some unfortunate guests who have abused the house. If you are nervous about renting it, perhaps its not for you. It is a wonderful home and should be enjoyed for its beauty and tranquility.
Being a luxury farmhouse with two high end kitchens and Indonesian furniture throughout and on the multiple garden terraces, and not a rustic country home with decrepit flat pack furniture, guests are expected to treat the house with the utmost care.
A cleaner will be provided throughout your stay to help with the basics - changing linen and towels, cleaning the kitchens and straightening up the house. She is NOT to do your dishes and pick up your rubbish.
If you feel you can keep the house in shape during your stay, then talk to us about whether you need the cleaner or not.
Check out is 10am unless agreed with the owner in advance.
On check out day, you must strip the beds, put used towels in the laundry room, clean all plates and glasses used. The check out clean is not to tidy up your mess but to change the beds and towels for the next guests checking in after you.
The house must be left in the same condition as it was presented to you. If not, the deposit will not be refunded.
Strictly no smoking in the house, keep muddy shoes by the doors, and feel free to fill the vases with roses to make yourselves at home.
