I expect my guest to be clean tidy and respectful of my home and also expect that any items used are washed and put away as they were found. I would like that the bath/shower is cleaned after use.You will have the use of cleaning cloth and cleaning sprays and liquids to do so. There will also be sweeping brushes, cloth or mops to clean your room. if you would prefer not to do this we can discuss a small cost for cleaning. I will wash and dry your laundry once a week usually each Saturday and give it to you dried and folded. You will have to buy soap powder to wash your clothes, this we can sort out once you are here. Please see this as for your convenience.

Overall this airbnb was perfect for my needs. The location was especially great, as I was doing a 2-month work placement in Bromley and I only had to take a bus to get right to the high street. It was also quite easy to get to central London, with Elmstead Woods station only a 15 minute walk away (or a quick bus ride) and the train usually takes about 20 minutes to get to one of the major London stations. There were also great places to walk or run nearby, including the Elmstead Woods themselves which I found to be really lovely. Viven was a fantastic host and I felt quite at home. If I'm ever back in London I will definitely stay here again. A great value!

I had a wonderful time staying with Vivien and her daughter! it was my very first time using airbnb and my first time going abroad alone and i was a bit unsure of the whole system but my worries were forgotten the moment I came to the house the first time! they made me feel right at home and helped me out with problems that came up with my work during my stay. it really felt like a home away from home and the room had a great "feel" to it which I can´t explain, it has to be experienced. Vivien is a very caring lady and was always looking out for me. We shared a great deal of laughs and this trip would not have been as interesting and fun as it was if it wasnt for Vivien and her daughter! I cant thank them enogh for everything they have done for me. If i would go back to the UK I would without a doubt stay with them again! so, to anyone looking for a place to stay in the jungle that is London, this is your No.1 pick!

Vivian and her daughter are amazing. The house was beautiful with a lovely garden and sun room. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone. On a personal note when my schooling fell through I was devastated, Vivien and her daughter made my trip so much better they are truly lovely people.

Staying with Viv was literally perfect. Her house is a 2 minute walk to a bus stop, catch the 314 to Elmstead Woods station or 20 mins to Bromley South Station for regular trains to London. Elmstead woods station is a 15 minute walk, surrounded by trees and the occasional fox. Viv is a wonderful, genuine person, who made my stay very enjoyable. I had a chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, bed and a shared bathroom which I largely got to use to myself. She played it by ear, if you want to talk she will happily chat away, but equally if you need space she respects that. I briefly met her daughter, who was just as warm and welcoming as her. I can't tell you enough how brilliant my stay was. It didn't take long for me to consider her a friend, rather than just someone I was staying with.

I work in education which I really enjoy. I like singing, dancing and gardening (sometimes). I am friendly and open to differences. My real love is cruising and I hope to cruise around the Caribbean one day. My general attitude is quite positive. My outlook on life is that I would like to enjoy as much as I can my life and the people I meet. I can’t live without food ( I am a good cook), family , friends , my car, my glasses and my cat.
I enjoy going to shows in the West End especially musicals and comedy's. My favorite show was Les Miserables.
As a host I hope I will be seen has friendly and accommodating, honest and helpful. If for any reason you are not happy I would wish to know so I could rectify the situation or issue. As my guest your general welfare would come first. Therefore all information and guidance needed I would be happy to help..
